Pool and hot tub were excellent. Room worked out fine but double beds do mean full size not queen. So something to keep in mind if traveling with your kids. Gym was actually very nice. Easy access to a grocery store and mini fridge in the room made breakfast easy.

Restaurant within is expensive for what you receive! And server had us wair! And we encounter a roach in our room do not leave luggage open! Staff at front desk are not overly friendly! Requested cash preferably for transfer in transportation!

Quieter than the Fort Lauderdale Beach Strip. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and easy for Ubers. Pool deck is lovely as is the beach.

We had a party of 4 but we’re checked in as a party of 2. Several things we were not informed about until we checked in. Nice hotel but not for the price

The staff and valet were amazing! Cheerful and helpful. The construction on the building next to hotel made the stay unpleasant.very loud wish I would've bought earplugs(They is a major remodel so I believe a year of construction left) The price was great! Had to buy coffee elsewhere(theirs was like water) The rental company on the premises was horrible. Very rude. A man named Brian, threw all of my stuff off my chair I had rented and took the chair saying "My company owns this beach"

Our room was infested with water bugs when we checked in and when we call down, the front desk said they were sending their exterminator up. I’ve never heard of a hotel having an exterminator on site, which was strange, and we had to ask to switch rooms. That wasn’t offered immediately. Also, we got a drink at the hotel restaurant and when the waiter asked if my husband would like the extra shot, he said sure. Typically an extra shot is an additional $2-3 but the waiter insisted that the price was double that of the drink. So we paid $30 for one small drink in a flimsy plastic cup. Had the waiter told us it would be double the cost of the entire drink, we would have declined because that’s ridiculous.

I loved my stay at the Ocean Sky Resort! I highly recommend this hotel if you want beach time and an area that is safe and walkable! There are tons of things to do the the accommodations are incredible! I will return over and over!

We stayed there 3 nights. Guest next to us where partying the first night, bottles and trash were flying around. Next night people next to us were fighting in their room, both night security had to come to the floor. If you don’t beg the housekeeping no one would replace your towels, if you beg them more - you have a chance to have trash and dirty towels removed. Not sure why this place have 4stars. Be prepared to deal with drunk people, fighting guests. We’re not coming back

Loved the property close to the beach had a McDonalds and Winn Dixie and Pharmacy within walking distance and also a Dunkin so very convenient which was nice since the on site restaurant prices were sky high. I think they would have more patrons if the prices were more reasonable.

I felt the price was a bit high for what was included. Everything was extra from chairs on the beach to putt putt. Our room was nice but a bit outdated. The balconies are not private. If you and your neighbor are both out it’s awkward. We had a 4th floor room and could barely see the ocean over all of the air conditioning units. Those also drowned out the ocean wave sounds. The towel staff were not friendly at all. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very friendly. The outside bar tenders were also great. Overall we had a great time but I just thought the room price and the drinks were overpriced.

I loved the class and charming character of this resort! All the ones around it are giant white buildings. I love how this one is smaller, and unique. It was just a short walk to the water (narrow beach). I will definitely be going back and have told all my friends about it! Excellent trip without breaking the bank!

We really enjoyed the stall , they were very helpful, friendly and accommodating as possible, the construction next door and repairs to the 6th floor were not conducive to relaxing understandably the construction was out of your control that was going out in the building next-door but you could’ve waited till vacationers were not on the sixth floor to paint, repair carpet, etc. my only real complaint is that if you want to bring an outside food by the pool, you’re not allowed to eat it at your chair and if you order food from your own in-house restaurant for poolside or at your outdoor bar, they don’t give you a plate or anything very not prof, in my opinion

Building next door was under construction during our stay so all day there was construction noise. You could hear it in the pool, restaurant and beach alllllll day. The pool also got really dirty by midday. Someone should have been cleaning it throughout the day or they need a better filter. The staff was very nice and the facility was in good shape. The food onsite is okay. The drinks are good but mostly just mixed cocktails available.

The rooms shown are the updated rooms but not the room we were given at arrival, through Expedia they put you in the furthest room from the ocean view, and all standard rooms are partial view, and full size beds, Maintenance had us move after the first night because there was a water leak in the wall somewhere and they said it was flooding the people below us, they tried to give us an even worse view on a lower level where you couldn’t really see any ocean and just the buildings but when I politely explained that’s not what we had in mind and didn’t want to go to a worse room they actually did upgrade us free of charge to an updated room which is what is pictured, and the beds were queen size and overall much much nicer. Parking is 20/day. Walk to McDonald’s and dunkin, and Lauderdale by the sea was only about 7 bucks Uber one way. Overall loved being on the ocean, enjoyed our spring break, would maybe try to book directly thru the hotel next time to request a better view if possible. Would return for the right price!

I was gaslighted by their advertisement. Only the last two floors were renovated with $100 per night. The rooms were so run down and smelly. We felt unsafe and so grossed out. They don’t offer anything (I.e. water, lounge chairs at beach, golf club) other than lip services. I would not come back again!

Don’t book!!! Unless staff can guarantee that the construction on the building door is done . We’ve been here for three days now and the jackhammering wakes us up at 7 am .. we can’t sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery since the noise is deafening . Not the vacation I had hoped for .

The proximity of the beach was the reason we booked this hotel. It did not disappoint - the beach is right off the hotel pool deck, just a few steps away! The pool area was great as well. Only complaint was the staff at the rental hut were generally not very pleasant - it always felt like we were inconveniencing them when we wanted to rent something (beach chairs, pool cabana, boogie boards, jet skis). Based on the reviews, we were very concerned about the room, but to our surprise our room was fantastic!! We stayed in room 824 (suite) and it had clearly been renvovated as all the furniture and fixtures were new and modern. And our view was AMAZING. The balcony was fine, but would have been even better if the furniture was more comfortable. The construction next door was a little annoying, but not terrible. We couldn't really notice when inside our room, but could at the pool and beach. It was only going 8-5 so not at night. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel!! Loved the beach and pool, room was great! Great for our family of five.

The property was nice. Beach was a little dirty with garbage and some places, but was nice . I like the tiki bar, but the restaurant seemed to be empty. Pool and hot tub were good. Just wish hotel didn’t charge for lounge chairs on the beach.
