교환학생 자녀를 데리고 가서 짐이 많아 이동 비용이 많이 들었는데 여기는 공항에서 호텔 전용 셔틀이 15분마다 24시간 제공되어 짐이 많아도 친절한 기사님 도움으로 이동이 편리하고 비용도 안들어 좋습니다. 체크인도 쉽고 방이 깨끗하고 욕실도 넓어 가족 여행에 충분했습니다. 이전 호텔은 슬리퍼가 없어 맨발로 다녔는데 슬리퍼를 주문하니 고급스런 것으로 무료로 가져다 주어 좋았습니다. 늦은 시간 외출에도 청소 메모를 남겨줘서 나가면서 요청하니 방해받지 않고 푹 쉴 수 있어 좋았습니다. 호텔 1층에 스타벅스 편의점이 있어너무 편했습니다. 이전 숙박에는 편의점이 근처에 없어 매우 불편했는데 수시로 이용하여 좋았습니다. 호텔바로 앞에 레스토랑도 고급스러워 가족과 오랜만에 식사다운 식사를 대접했습니다. 가는곳마다 모두 다 친절하고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 가족들에게 좋은 호텔을 잡았다고 모두 만족해 더 좋았습니다. 다음에 다시 한번 찾고 싶은 호텔로 적극 추천합니다.

Nice hotel, walking distance to Chicago outlet, my only issue that I was told while checking in that I am an VIP Expedia member for that I don’t have to pay for the parking lot, when I checked out they refused to validate the ticket!

I did not like the lack of signage. The airport shuttles beeped their horn at me and I observed them do this to other drivers. I was told to park in the fire lane so the airport shuttles could pull up under the awning. Seems those flying in to Chicago are preferential to those who drove in to Chicago. The room was also hot. Housekeeping staff was wonderful. Oh! They also had trouble locating a room for us when we had reservations.

Hotel is fine but we checked in and were given a room with one bed despite our reservation for a double queen room. We tried to call downstairs but the phone didn’t work. We went back to front desk and were given a different room with barely an apology. We then went to the second room, which again had only one bed. I told my disgusted to sit and watch TV while my husband went down and worked it out - it was very late and we were all tired. The TV was broken and said no feed available. Finally the third attempt we got a room with two beds but the front desk person barely acknowledged the mistake. So strange for an airport busy hotel with systems in place .

Even if its close to the airport this property was very quiet. Very nice staff and loved our comfy bed very much. We will come back and stay in this facility again. Or we will try to stay at Loews evrywhere we travel. My husband and I had a very good experience.

Our stay was amazing! The room and facility was clean, checkin was quick and painless, and the shuttle to the airport was efficient! We’ve stayed there before and we enjoyed it then as well so we had to come back.

I love that Loews has shuttle service to O'Hara every 15 minutes. Also, there is food all around Loews. You will have no problem finding good food to eat. The restaurant in Loews is The Ashburn and it is great. The morning buffet can't be beat.
