I spent three nights here recently and the first night the people above kept me up all night. I spoke with the front desk and they were so accommodating and nice, they immediately offered to speak to them and the rest of my stay was very relaxing. I really appreciate the staff!

Great place for kids! Lots of things to do. Conveniently located next to tons of stores for those who like to shop. Breakfast isn’t bad either! Staff could be friendlier though. There’s a lack of info given upon check-in that could be beneficial, example: when you eat at Perkins Mon-Fri and then present your bill at the arcade, you get 1/2 off. We were never told this until after we ate, tossed our bill and then went to the arcade. Lifeguards were young, and seemed to be making dun of the kids and laughing at them.

There was a terrible snowstorm that prevented us from making it there due to numerous accidents on the dangerous road and we were not afforded a refund. We've stayed in Plattsburgh before and will need to again in the future and won't stay at your hotel in the future.

I was admittedly nervous as I'd read several reviews talking about dirty rooms and linens, unfriendly staff, and a lot of vagrancy in the parking lot at night. None of this reflected our experience. Check-in took 5 minutes. The rooms were clean and well kept. Some of the hotel does show it's age, but it's a very old property so all things considered, it's extremely well kept. Staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was above average, with do it yourself waffle irons, sausages, eggs, muffins, cereals, etc. There was also 24hr free coffee and lemonade available in the lobby. We were a group of 6 I'm two rooms, with two kids. They really enjoyed the hotel. Champys was an absolute hit for us. It is an extra cost, but worth the money. The kids played in the climbing area for a good hour, played video games for another hour and we had several rounds of mini golf. It was quite a lot of fun and a great break in our shopping trip. The indoor water area gets a little crowded, but access for the kids is free with your stay. There is a strictly enforced height requirement for the slides (44" ), our youngest was too small, but she still loved the splash and spray area. It is right next to all the major stores in the area and just a few minutes drive from the mall. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Percy's was excellent. Food was good and the service was prompt and very friendly. Overall, id definitely recommend this place for a stay, we will definitely visit again.

Came to the hotel for a mini vacation during the school holiday. My daughter had so much fun the first night we had to extend our stay another night. The place is huge. You could almost get lost in it but it’s all because of the amazing amenities it offers. My kiddo loved the splash area and finally gained the guts to go down the slide one time. I went down once and it literally took my breath away. It’s super fast but if you sit up, it’s a lot slower. One thing to keep in mind that during the week the hours for the amenities especially the kiddo areas is limited to 4 PM to sometimes eight or 9 PM but on the weekends it extends all day. The gym is fabulous. I spent a good hour in the sauna and steam room after my family went to sleep, which was perfect thanks to the 24/7 access. Food options include two onsite restaurants. Comp breakfast. Shopping is within a mile. The staff was helpful and informative and the rooms are comfy and have everything you need! Thanks for a great mini vaca Comfort Inn

TV didn't work, was transferred to another room where the heater wasn't working. So I took the TV from the bad heater room and replaced the defective tv in our original room. All was good after that.

Love going there - so many amenities and fun things to do with kids of any age. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. No need to drive anywhere really.

Freezing on our hot overnight
We understand that its the off season and not all ammenaties are available but hot water in our room would have been nice. Other than that it was a good stay.

We love to make special trips here with our boys. It is a nice little getaway. The little water park, the arcade, and dining options all in one place makes it somkid friendly. We really appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff and the extensive free breakfast in the morning. I did find things to be a tad dirtier this time around than normal, however. We found someone else's Gatorade bottle and key card between the bed stand and bed, there were hairs on the toilet, and the room door, microwave, mini fridge, and light switches were in need of a good wipe down. Overall though this place is great and I can't stress again how friendly and helpful everyone is and all for a great price.

There is only 1 easy chair in a room that is intended for up to 2 people. The room needed another easy chair and a small tabke to hold drink(s) or phone(s). Relaxing at night before turning in was not enjoyable or comfortable.

Don't like giving bad feed back, but even with the heat put up in the room we frozed. I slept with my winter jacket on me, couldn't pull up blankets high enough the sheets was too short

Breakfast is very cheap, but in building is one restaurant and a big plaza....Waterparck inside, where the children play, it is impossible to sit for more than 10 minutes, because the eyes begin to hurt from so much bleach or I don’t know what. For quality and price I can give max.4 /5!

Needs a little help
It is nice that everything is right there. The pool use to be open all day but it is not open till 4 pm. The arcade area was good. Kids had a lot of fun. The loved lazer tag. The poor guy closing though need a a second person. Our room was ok. One bed was sunken in and if you moved it was so loud it would wake aomeone. The hotel itself is dog friendly but there is no place to put dog waste anywhere. Not a single garbage can outside. It alao looks like no one picks up afterwards because of this.

Outside doors didn’t lock so someone could walk in off the road. The bathroom has lots of tiles that’s were coming up in the floor. Pool area only for little kids no where for adults to swim
