Hi Saleh, I'm sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately we feel that your review is unfair and may be as a result of being banned from using our services due to excessive smoking in the apartment - particularly illegal substances. As you are aware, we have a strict no smoking policy and it is for this reason that we withheld security deposits when instances of smoking occur. In this instance we warned your party about smoking in the apartment on a number of occasions yet you repeatedly did so. This left us with no other option but to ban you from using BASE and to withhold a deposit to cover the cleaning costs of the apartment in question. We wish you all the best for the future. We do have other areas in the city centre such as Duke Street which are in more much quiet, residential locations and would be more suitable for a family visit. Had we been made aware we would have ensured a member of staff stayed behind until your arrival time. Our reception closes at 11pm and although there was no prior communication of you arriving late, our team did stay until 1:20am.
