Our single room was next to the elevator and within 5 minutes the constant noise was unbearable. We asked for a new room and were told it was not possible. We were moved from a one bedroom room to a studio and received no compensation for the downgraded room. When we asked, we were told that due to booking through a third party, there was nothing they could do. When booking the room, we were advised by staff to book through a third party as it would allow us to pay by credit card. When booking through their site, we were told we would need to pay onsite or complete a number of forms. This was a very disappointing experience
