Thanks Roger for your feedback. Our property is not the most modern on the market, but our team work very hard to keep the hotel warm and welcoming for all our guests. Thanks for making us aware of a smell, this is not something often brought to us but we will check this out. I am so glad that our lovely team were so friendly and that you enjoyed our fantastic breakfast.

Hi Shavez, I am so disappointed to read your feedback, and that you would not recommend us to others. Our rooms are not the most modern, in line with our Manor House property, but our team do work extremely hard to keep them clean, warm and welcoming.
