I loved this hotel. Amazing interior, quiet and intimate bar with friendly French staff! Amazing night crew/team. Lucas(bartender) and the night manager Atiq! Lovely rooms with comfy beds and great food and drinks! I will Definitely will come back!!!

I booked this hotel purely for the reason that it was a 6 minute drive from the airport and I had a 12 hour layover. I didn’t expect it to cost me 35CHF in each direction to get to and from the airport. There is mention of a bus but when you have to be at the airport at 5am, it’s not something you want to deal with. Ubers don’t come here so at the mercy of the taxis- I’m used to nyc prices but $35 for a 6 minute drive! Should have spent a bit more and stayed but lake Geneva. The lady at reception couldn’t have been nicer, helpful, very kind. My room unfortunately faced the road/airport so could hear places taking off. There was a hair in my bed and the plug in the bath tub was permanently down. Nothing like some cold bath water to stand in for your morning shower. I am sure had I complained she would have moved me but as I was there so short a time I didn’t want to bother.

After a pleasant arrival and first nights sleep, prior to leaving the hotel i discussed at lrnght with the Manager Claudia from Sardinia. I explained that my travel arrangements had changed and i was heading to the United Nations offices, that i required a further nights stay. I was required to make a small transaction to confirm the reservation. Everything was fine approximately 6 hours later, on my return, i was informed that no rooms were available. I was shocked and explained that my luggage was still in my bedroom and that i had paid a deposit with Claudia iearlier in the morning. The man, eho previously explained that he had served in the American military didnt care and was ibnoxoius, rude and very unpleasant. After 1 hour of me trying to arrange alternative arrangements, the evening msnager called the police. I explained that i wanted to film events because it was extreme and i didn't want any grey areas with him lying to the police. The duty manager refused permission. Perhaps 15 minutes later the police arrived and i briefly explained the predicament. The police officer was polite and professional. After approximately 5 minutes the two police officers left the hotel reception and came outside where i was stood. I was shouted at and explocity told to move from the hotel. I explained that my luggage was in the bedroom and i hadn't done anything the officer shouted again, i had to leave. It was now approximately 01.30 and i had not wifi connection became of severe

Great location close to Geneve Airoport. Modern hotel with great atmosphere. Nicely decorated. Highly recommended. Only detail to improve: needs conditioner in the shower.

Great hotel close to the airport
This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. It’s all to a very high standard and very clean. It is very close to the airport although is actually in France which I didn’t realise when I booked. However it’s well served by the bus service and you’re in the centre of Geneva in 30 minutes.

Es un hotel con muy buenas instalaciones, comoda, amplias, limpias y de facil acceso. El personal en realidad es muy amable pero sobre todo la persona de recepcion nos atendio de una manera muy agradeble haciendo mucho mas comoda nuestra estancia. Lo recomendamos ampliamente por su cercania al aeropuerto de Ginebra.

O Hotel é em uma localização afastada, sem nada perto. Para dormir e sair, excelente. O quarto tinha um tamanho bom, assim como o banheiro. O quarto era todo reformado e moderno. Gostei e achei que o custo benefício e excelente. Poucas vagas grátis para estacionar no hotel, mas conseguimos parar. Creio que em alta temporada pode ser difícil. Voltaria. Cama confortável. Travesseiros padrão Suíça, grandes e “murchos”.

Very convenient location near GVA. Nicely decorated! The room and bathroom have plenty of space. We had amazing dinner at hotel's restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel 3 different times during this trip. It was our favorite place we stayed during our two weeks in Switzerland. It is actually in France but very convenient to Genève.

The room was updated. No problem there. The real problem is the cleanliness and the service. The AC was very noisy to the point where I couldn't sleep. I told the front desk in the morning and I guess they did something to reduce the noise but now it is not cool enough. The real problem is with the room service. They didn't clean the floor or pick up and replace the coffee cups or replenish coffee pods. The last night (we stayed 6 nights) we came to the room and the beds weren't even made. I want to mention the reason I picked this hotel is the price in comparison with hotels in Geneva. That is where we spent our time and came to the hotel to sleep only. I'll be travelling often to Geneva in the next 3 years and this hotel is off my list. I guess you get what you pay for.

We stayed one night at this hotel and it was really nice. The interior feels completely renovated and new and it was clean. The staff was friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower felt new and clean.
