worst hotel ever because of my mistake i chose the smoking room and saw moulds and the towels were dirty the staff were rude overall, it was the worse hotel i have ever been to!!

The place was so dirty. The room smelled strongly of weed, bed sheets had stains or all kinds, there were cockroaches, there was garbage laying outside the door to the room. The room was given the landlord special and just had gobs of paint covering the imperfections. The light bulbs had paint on them and the faucet was plumbed in backwards. My husband had a weird man give him his phone number on a business in the lobby and told him to call if he wanted to experience "the dark side of Dallas". There were also lots of less than desirable women around which we could only assume to be prostitutes. We had to take multiple showers when we got home just to feel like the "ick" from that place was gone. The building has potential to be really nice if the owners just cared enough to do a deep clean of the rooms, wash the sheets once in a while, and put down roach killer.

This place needs to renovated. It’s very old. It’s since like it was an apartment complex before. The rooms are big but in general everything is old and ugly. The bedsheets and bedspread has cigarette burns. Even that it’s a no smoking room, smell a cigarette. In general didn’t like my staying at this “hotel”. The TV didn’t work the first day.

These are like apartments. There are no elevators so you will have to be climbing stairs to get to the room (not in descriptions) . When it says two beds they are in two different floors. Believe me when I say the room was filthy. There were other peoples belongings still in the room and bugs in the bed.

The unit is a good concept, a studio with appliances, dishes, and plenty of room. Execution was lacking. The decor was fun, and the furnishings were clean and nice. But in the kitchen, the refrigerator was banged up and rusty on the outside and the microwave was greasy on the outside and disgusting to touch. In the bathroom, there was nothing covering the nail strip that held the carpeting down, and I stepped on it twice, which is not fun when you have bare feet and get a nail in your foot. The walls needed painting. There was no icemaker in the refrigerator and no icemaker on site so you had no ice for your drinks. There was no hot breakfast at the location and the Takeaway brown bag. Breakfast was just OK. The coffee was really good. With just a little effort, this could be a really good concept just go through and fix a few things and make it really nice clean it up fix it up! I don’t want to step on nails or touch greasy spots.

This was the worst room and I looked at two smoking and non. Both rooms had bugs/roaches as I was seeing the rooms. The man literally kicked a roach out the door. If I could have left I would have but it was so late I checked in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. Plus no matter what they have an additional charge they do at the hotel.

Worst place I've stayed
I stayed for 7days. The area looked dangerous. Kept a coffee table in front of the door at night. The top cover was dirty on the bed. The sink didnt drain well. I had allergies the whole stay. There were few utensils and dishes and the microwave had the wrong carousel dish. Wouldnt turn. The dishwasher wouldnt close and didnt have any detergent. The icemaker didnt work.

Upon 9 hour drive arrival no ice and freezer had no ice maker. Refrigerator did not cool. Had warm oj each morning. Toilet stopped up. Hair dryer and microwave did not work. Magnetic key did not work on several occasions. In past stays I was satisfied. They had kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Not this time. No coffee maker also. They advertise kitchen suite. So I picked hotel so I wouldn’t have to eat all meals out . Not this time. As a Wyndham member, I would like a refund.

The room was filthy. The kitchen sink had mold on the faucet, the room smelled like dog and smoke but it was a non-smoking room. There was hair under the sheet and on top of the sheet. The bathroom had a leak by the toilet.. the tub was dirty I wouldn't let my dog stay a night in that field

Don’t do it stay somewhere else!
Do not stay here!!! We got our room the pictures in the room were on the floor! Only one tv and it was upstairs! Yes this room had an upstairs and it is creepy! The furniture was old and had scratches all over it. You certainly didn’t want to put your clothes in it or wanted to sit on it. No pillows no towels or no wash clothes. Fridge and stove had to be pulled out of a 80’s home. The place smelled like paint we couldn’t stay there so we went and cancelled the room. The manager apologized and issued a refund but he only refunded the $100 incidental charge but not the charge for the room! Hotel.com hasn’t been much help on getting our money back even though I booked a different room through them to prove my case.
