Any question asked of staff pertaining to amenities of the resort/skiing was met with a snobby, condescending, “how dare you ask” reply…skiing was great, majority of the staff interactions were terrible especially at the price point

We stayed here for a long weekend and my fiance proposed during our stay. It was an incredible resort. The hot tub, the food, the live music. All of it. Incredible and well worth every penny.

The property was clean and was in close proximity to beaver creek. To get to the ski area you need to take a bus. The gondola only goes to the landing and then you have to hop on the bus. The property was nice looking, the main issue we had was the staff. Before we arrived I received a notification that our room was ready. However, when we finally got to to the front desk a couple hours later, they indicated that that was not true and "they don't know why I was sent that" in a rather rude way. After waiting for another hour we finally received out room. Another issue we had, is that the restaurant by the bar had under cooked some pasta and overcooked our children's burgers. They were overcooked to the point of beef jerky. We decided to check out a day earlier and go to another hotel, usually most hotels that care would ask why we're leaving early. These folks did not. I personally would probably find a resort closer to beaver creek ski resort next time. I'm unsure if all the resorts have similar staff issues but I definitely felt like I paid too much for the service I received.

My family and I went for Christmas and we received an excellent service, convenient location, ski equipment rental right next door, and a great shuttle and car driver services to vail and beaver creek area. Very nice ambiance for the holidays. I highly recommend this Hotel .

The most magical stay!
This was one of my best hospitality experiences in the united states. 10/10 vibes. Staff is incredible, housekeeping is thorough and extremely polite. Christmas energy was amazing! I'll be back!

Amazingly beautiful and luxury experience
LOVE this hotel..... one of our favorite luxury hotels. Been coming for years and wont considering booking elsewhere. Love the atmosphere, pool, gym and restaurant.

Best time ever!
Fabulous! We stayed for our honeymoon and so appreciated the bottle of champagne and note. Our two dogs also felt welcomed-the front desk gave them a treat everyday. Loved it!!!

Another great stay
Love this Westin, always have. It is such an elegant mountain hotel and we got a room with a patio overlooking the city side, which I usually try to avoid considering the mountain and river side is so glorious, but I was surprised to actually like the view. The people, especially our waiter, were lovely here. The remodel is going well and didn’t feel intrusive to our enjoyment of the facility. Wish we could stay longer!

The property is beautiful and clean. We stayed in the studio suite with the mountain view and we liked the amenities provided in the room and within the hotel. The food at the Stoke and Rye was delicious for breakfast and dinner. The area was very quiet. We would definitely recommend and would return to the Westin in Avon.

This is a beautiful property, but we had issues from the very start. We paid for a room with a view, and when we went to the room, it was looking at the side of a building. When I went back to request the room I had paid for they did give me another room, but it was also looking at a building with a very partial Mountain View off to the side. We paid a $45 resort fee and a $45 Garage fee and couldn’t even find a space in the garage. All in all we paid $555 for one night and slept very little due to how noisy it was. The whole stay was very disappointing and we will not be going back there.

Nice facility but poorly staffed and broken doors and elevators during our stay. No one waited on us at the pool, and kids were allowed to run and jump in the pool unsupervised. Not once did we see a manager at the hotel. There is construction next door. How can one of only two elevators be broken for 3 days? Don’t they maintain it to avoid this type of inconvenience? Every elevator was packed with frustrated customers paying a premium for a relaxed vacation.

Seth was great on the phone accommodated an early check in. Unfortunately we checked in late waited 15 mins as the woman at front desk who was a trainee opted to play with a baby rather than help the next guest. No sense of urgency and she was kinda rude couldn’t answer questions regarding room location etc…

Amazing hotel
Went there on our anniversary. Concierge was amazing delivered flowers and champagne as requested. The spa was very very good. The customer service was top-notch space again I would recommend staying here anytime.
