Hello Emily, I understand the frustration about the breakfast buffet being closed at this uncertian time. The world we knew is a very different place now. This is why we email every individual guest via Expedia.com to educate our guests and why we have a large sign at the check in desk explaining there is no pool or breakfast services at this time. Hi there, Hope you are writing a review for the correct hotel. We had no reports of such activity and we have bed bug sniffing dogs come by every two weeks to check our rooms. This hotel receives a lot of traffic and we want to keep all guests and employees as safe as possible while the threat of COVID-19 is here.

Hello, yes we did have to close our breakfast due to the COVID-19 virus. All guests are told at check in that breakfast is closed For this reason all guests are offered a complimentary cancellation if the guest so chooses. All guests are well informed of this at check in!

Hello there! I am sorry to hear about your experience. Coffee is offered all day long in the lobby, however in the breakfast room it is offered only during breakfast hours. In response to the parking, guestsare only charged for parking if they participate in park and fly. Otherwise, if they are not participating in park and fly parking is complimentary while checked into the hotel. Hope this answers some questions for you!
