In the middle of winter I needed to be in Provincetown to meet a store owner. Sinc eit is quite aa drive I decided t stay the night before the meeting, Luckily The Sandcastle has a great location. I was confused as to what to do when I got here but quickly figured it out. Fazzinis Italian was great and the studio is very comfortable.

Decent resort, a bit older and outdated
Checkin was easy and the woman was nice. Pool room had broken windows and was freezing cold. Exercise room wasn1 1970 treadmill and 5lb weights. Room was small but standard, Murphy bed wasnt as comfortable as it could have been

too much unnecessary noise yuck...
it was a great stay except for the cleaning guy that stomped around in the room above me for the whole morning Sunday. Its a huge hotel spread out!!!!!!

The room was clean but the property was older and a little run down. The staff was nice . The beds were very uncomfortable the mattress on the bed was old and about 5 inches thick . The tv’s in the room would come on but no way to turn the channels without remotes and there wasn’t a remote in the room for either Tv. There was no AC in the room at all just 2 fans hanging on the wall. The beds were so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep on them another night so checked out early and was charged for the whole stay.

Was a nice room. Had an odor to it, but was clean. Found out that the room did not have air conditioning luckily was not needed due to cool temperatures outside.

Ist is an impudence that this Place is called a Club and Resort!!!It has NOTHING to be close! And It is old ,dirty and the Staff working there?I should Not Say more otherwise i am losing my good upbringing..

It was ok but the key they first gave me for my room didn’t work and I also would expect a key card rather than an actual metal key. The sheet of many many rules on which I had to initial next to each one at check-in was rather excessive and made the hotel feel low-class and uncomfortable and not that welcoming, like I was dealing with the police and not a hospitality staff. Also the people knocking on the door like every half hour in the morning for like 2 hours leading up to checkout time was very annoying as I was extremely exhausted. Also the fact that checkout time at this hotel is at 10am, which is a full hour before most other hotels have it, was way too early for me. The TV remote control being in a plastic bag was weird. The TV was too small and not at an ideal angle for watching while lying in bed. The upper lightbulb on the lamp next to the dresser didn’t work. The requirement that I put that yellow paper slip on my car’s dashboard and also write down my license plate number was something that most other hotels never do, they usually just require that you write the year make and model of your car. This was inconvenient to have to deal with when checking in while carrying tons of bags and items.

We are sorry you didnt enjoy your stay. We have procedures and policies in place to ensure that your car isnt towed and also that the room is ready when you arrive, in order to do that we need check out at 10am and check in at 4pm. The remote is clean in the bag and kept that way due to covid.

You get what you pay for - very basic, and adequate for one/two nights. Location is ok. Get ready to hear everything that happens in the rooms next to you - it's like the walls and ceiling are made of paper.

Once is enough
Smaller than an efficiency apartment. The Murphy bed takes up about half of the space when down. The lobby needs some TLC

This hotel was way overpriced for the quality. It looks nice online and then when you arrive it does not seem as nice. Only the main building has AC and it’s incredibly hot, humid, and sticky in the rooms. You feel like your feet stick to the floor and the bed that pulls out is not accessible by any outlets so my husband had to sleep upside down to access a plug for his CPAP. Did not exceed or even meet expectations.

Beach was completely un maintained and not as it appeared in the pictures. Our sheets had stains. Our mattress was stained. We pulled the couch bed out to find a toy car which means it wasn’t opened and cleaned in between guests. I was shooed away from the front desk when I told them about the stains and told to go back to my room and to wait for house keeping. House keeping came to our room and said the stains on the sheets were bleach ( blue blanket. White stain) and that someone spilt something on the mattress. Sprayed them both with bleach and sanitizer and had a bad attitude when we asked for new bedding. Oh and there were no coffee filters. Our screen to the door was hanging off when we arrived. They did fix that the next day. There were sign’s everywhere that said if you don’t do your dishes and put them away and take out the trash that you’ll be fined. Not worth the $ a night. Do not stay here

Small bed, no air conditioning, noisy people on the deck all night. Bathroom is small and dated. Carpeting is wet and moldy. Moldy smell In room moldy. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Showerhead is good. Beautiful views of the water. No elevator.

Pleasantly surprised! Better than expected!
Better than expected! After reading some of the reviews prior to arriving I was initially unsure about what to expect. However, I reserved a Queen size room and was pleasantly surprised! The room was actually a suite with a living room, dining table & full kitchen with stove, a refrigerator and fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils & everything that you need for the comforts of home! The rooms were clean, comfortable & pleasant to stay in!

The property is ok, cute but very run down. Cracks on wall. No A.C. just fans that didnt do anything for the heat. It was like someone put the heat on and forgot to turn it off (i did check it was off) it was just so nasty hot in the rooms even leaving the deck door open didnt do anything. My last night i slept out on my deck. They did have plates, plates, cups, and pots for you to use, but you have to wash everything and put it away for leaving. I would wash everything just in case the employees dont check to see if washed.
