First of all, the suites are not located in an adjacent building but in a ramp where there are some stairs; as such, our staff is always available to provide necessary assistance to our guests by bringing up their bags. We struggle to understand your comment about the arrogance of the staff, as we are not aware that they ever belittle the needs of our guests. In any case, the room is simply and elegantly furnished, still providing all the comforts for a relaxing stay. Finally, the prices are absolutely in line with the services offered. We hope you can revise your opinion and give us the pleasure to welcome you again at our Hotel Antico Borgo or in another of our more than 30 structures throughout Italy. However, it is a usually much appreciated service, due to its wide range of choice and the excellent quality of the ingredients. We do even provide express made scrambled eggs with bacon – made in around 5 minutes. We can’t understand why you lied about that. Siamo rammaricati che, pur all’interno di un’esperienza positiva, non sia stato soddisfatto con alcuni servizi in struttura. Riteniamo di potere dare risposta alle sue segnalazioni. La posizione dell’Hotel Antico Borgo è uno dei nostri grandi punti di forza, in pieno centro a Riva del Garda. Vi sono comunque molte possibilità di parcheggio in prossimità della struttura. Le informazioni da lei riportate in merito ai servizi in camera sono vagamente inesatte: l’aria condizionata è perfettamente funzionante (poteva interfacciarsi con il ricevimento in merito) e il minibar è a riempimento su richiesta (anche qui poteva chiedere al ricevimento). Siamo lieti, in ogni caso, che abbia apprezzato la gentilezza del nostro personale e lo scrupoloso servizio di pulizia in struttura. However, we do not claim responsibility for items left unattended in the bicycle deposit. It has a backdoor entrance, and to access it you have to ring the reception staff.
