조용하고 평화로운 호텔
직원들이 친절하며 소박하지만 하나하나 소중하게 준비해주는 느낌. 음식이 매우 맛있으며 쿠킹클래스도 여유롭고 편안한 분위기에서 진행하는 점이 좋았다. 우리의 상황에 맞도록 여러가지 부분들을 세심하게 신경써주어서 좋았음 너무 조용하고 외져있어서 주변에 놀 거리들이 별로없다. 한적하고 조용하여 힐링이 필요한 분들에게 추천함

Staff were amazing really looked after us all as a family. Tuk tuk available to book. Not near anything at all in the middle of nowhere with no shops. Need to pay 200baht via tuk tuk then 100baht to cross the water in day 200 after 7pm to get to krabi market's town which was amazing. Pool on site is lovely, few chairs need replacing. Breakfast is fantastic and good choices. Greeting to resort was the best ive ever had. Would revisit but only for a couple of days as its so remote.

We had an excellent stay! The property is beautiful, the staff is responsive and helpful and the room was clean, spacious and well designed. We'd definitely come back to stay here if we're in Krabi again! Thanks to everyone on the staff who helped us. Lots of love.

This is our second visit to Islanda Hideaway after spending a week on Koh Lanta. Immediately we were welcomed by the staff with “welcome home” We knew what to expect at the resort as we were here a week ago - the friendliness and hospitality offered by all staff members is a real delight. And the food is just great - for dinner we had freshly caught red snapper! This is certainly a place to return to re charge our batteries! Many thanks to all staff members!!

A fabulous resort with friendly and polite staff- the cabins were very well furnished including kimonos and slippers. Beach towels available by the pool. We had a variety of choices for breakfast and as we stayed at the resort for lunch and dinner - this too had great choices. Our stay was too short so we never took any excursions that were available. Great place to stay!

Dear readers, we spent three nights at Islanda Hideaway Resort; it´s a lovely quiet secluded resort. You can explore the island on food or even better, rent a bicycle for free at the resort. The resort is far away from the busting centre of Krabi - a perfect place to slow down. Nevertheless, after a pleasant walk or ride (7 km) you can reach the centre with a slowly chugging ferry. However, nothing is missing at these spot. So it's well worth staying a few days, leaning back and getting pampered.

Utrolig venligt personale - og meget hjælpsomme. Dejlige huse - i en lidt speciel "rå" stil. Morgenmaden lidt kedelig - men øvrige måltider var lækre. Alting fungerede fint. Stedet er perfekt hvis man skal koble af men der sker ikke meget i området. Man kan ikke bade ved stranden - det synes jeg ikke havde fremgået tydeligt, da vi bookede. Men poolen var super lækker.

This place is absolutely fabulous!! It’s away from the stress of everyday life. It’s quite and very peaceful. I loved the open concept of the rooms. It’s probably not for everyone. You need to enjoy being open to new things. Mr Big is there to help you out with whatever you need. I’ll be going back.

The Front Beach Villa faces to the ocean is very nice scene and relax room. No roof bathroom is exciting and brings us close to nature. Very peaceful and very good for couple or those who love restful. GM and staff are friendly. Bicycle for guest riding is good. Good food and good vine. Just one thing that the hotel should be developed is the late check-out system for guest who requires to stay a little longer in room according to the flight time. They should have the system for late check-out that will be the most convenient for guest, even the additional fee will be applied.

It is a beautiful property in a magical location. You are on your own very much and it is a quiet and relaxing. It is a nature resort with wildlife on your doorstep. The pool is fantastic. Excellent service. The only drawback is the massage spa service. The masseuse was untrained, didn’t know what she was doing at all. This was unfortunate.

Great resort in the middle of no where. The food was fantastic, the staff fantastic and the accommodations nice. Loved the pool and the way the people made us feel at home. The only place to go on bicycles was the local village with little shopping. The only way to get there was boat and tuk tuk which was a unique experience and very primitive but we lived it. It would be a great place for a wedding or a family getaway if you are up to it.

Rigtig hyggeligt sted. Men der er absolut intet i nærheden af hotellet. Du kan opholde dig ved poolen, eller tage ind til krabi. Dog havde hotellet cykler man kunne benytte sig af. Stranden er lidt beskidt og ikke en, du har lyst til at ligge ved. Vandet er beskidt og heller ikke noget man har lyst til at bade i. Maden var dyr på hotellet, og der var ikke rigtig andre muligheder for mad. Personalet er dog rigtig flinke, og fine værelser. Stemning er dog utrolig hyggelig, da der er helt stille og du kan ligge ved poolen og nyde solnedgangen, som er rigtig flot. Generelt et rigtig fint hotel, hvis man har lyst til at slappe helt af og nyde stilheden omkring sig

Serenity and tranquil place
Completely amazing place for winding down and be close to the sea, wind and your own spirits. The silence and tranquility is unique compared to any other places I have visited around the world. Make sure not to panic when coming to the resort from a short trip with boat and the tuctuc. Yes, this is where you find your true self after a couple of hours. Don’t panic about that. Staff are so friendly and helpful. When being in the care of Mr Big you are in good hands. You will understand. Amazing pool, amazing beach villas, amazing food and a amazing for finding your spirits again. Stay long, my stay was for a week and will be longer next time. South of Railay Beach, sunsets and overlooking chicken island from my bathtub in my private villa veranda, time stands still. No problems getting to islands outside for the day, the friendly staff arrange this for you, private or as a group, with first class picnics from the kitchen. Cooking classes are in the area. If peace, love and good understanding life this is the place for you. 🌺

Nice location needs better food service
Overall the hotel es a Petty nice . Nice rooms and views the only exception is the food service. Not a great variety and very expensive for my taste and since there is nothing around the hotel your only option is to eat there which will cost you 450 baht per meal per dish. Extremely expensive and not at all so tastefully.

Overall the hotel itself is nice. The view from the pool is fantastic! Beautiful sunsets. Room size was ok. So now the not so good points, I hate writing bad reviews but this “eco friendly hotel “ has nothing eco about it. The biggest problem we found was the food, overpriced food and drinks. “Happy hour “ is from 2 till 4, why I don’t understand! The food is bland and overpriced. Breakfast is a joke! £11 for breakfast and you can even eat it or if there anything left. The bread is dry and stale no choice just a small choice of fruit ( three things ) croissants ( mini ) and stale. Overall rubbish! This is not! And I mean not! A 4 star hotel. I completely understand this is Thailand but I’d would definitely give it a two star. The manager takes no responsibility for the food they serve the staff are the ones I feel sorry for. Finally it was time to leave thankfully three days was enough we found out a couple got food poisoning The night before so we happy we ever leaving. I am a bit confused why people have given this 5/5! I guess they have never stayed in a 4 star hotel and had Thai food. Go if you wish but make Sure you have lots of money!

We arrived by boat in the day and was greeted with a cold drink. This is definitely not 4 star which is a shame as it has so much potential. The accommodation is basic, has 3 different tooms I.e hall / kitchen ? / bedroom. The bathroom is outside which is okay, but I would say you can hear everything..... our neighbours quite clearly had food poisoning and we heard everything and was kept up all night. Air con is in the bedroom only You have to go through 3 doors and 2 steps to go to the bathroom which is a nuisance particularly at night time. It is such a shame that the food and beer prices are sooo expensive, Therefore everyone eats and goes to bed usually before 21.30pm. So there is no atmosphere whatsoever. Trips and massages are extortionate I.e massage 1500 baht in Ao Nang this is 250. We explained to them it was our honeymoon and despite many of the ocean front huts bring free, there was no gesture at all. We were disappointed to hear other visitors were upgraded though. The infinity pool is amazing.... peace and quiet..... Staff are good but customer service does need to be improved. We booked in for 12 nights and left after 6. We had to the hit financially which was a shame as we had saved for this as our honeymoon. We would not return. There are better places to visit x This place is missing a trick but doesn’t seem to care.

The place was great overall but to get there was quite something since there are no major cars or trucks on the island So all transportation is done on motorcycles or mini type vehicles that will hold maybe 3 people and the roads are like just wide sidewalks that are rough in spots. The other thing is that it’s kinda far from shops and restaurants

Islanda is am eco resort (i.e. No plastic) on Ko Klang island which is located just below Krabi Town. The bungalows have two rooms, kitchen and bedroom, separated by a small hallway. Each bungalow has a balcony. Although not luxurious they are decorated with style and attention for detail. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. The food is restaurant quality, but it is a bit more expensive than in other parts of Krabi. The location is remote and getting there from Krabi Airport will take a taxi, long tail and tuk tuk ride. During the day you can arrange it yourself, but if you arrive in the evening, we suggest have the resort arrange it for you. Since islanda’s location is remote getting to civilization will require the some effort ( the resort has free bikes and a paid tuk tuk service) Lastly,if you want long white beaches, islanda is not for you. However, if you want a tropical experience away from mainstream tourism you should definitely go here.

Billede snyder.! Dette er ikke en dejligt strand hotel. Der er ingen strand som man kan benytte, vandet er trukket så meget tilbage så det rene mudder/flod vand, som man absolut ikk skal bade i det er sundhedsfarlig! Wifi dur ikk ordentlig på øen . Rottehuller overalt. Bestemt ikke et hotel jeg vil anbefale!

The resort is on an island a short boat ride away from the main island of Krabi so it's perfect for those that want to get away from the crowds. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Mr. Big and Chacha never failed to check on us to make sure we were having a good time. The sun sets on this side of the island too so expect to have some amazing views!

The Resort is beautiful, however it is very isolated from the Island and it is quite a hassle to get to and from Krabi town. The staff were nice, but not very helpful in solving problems, we reserved some tours where they mentioned staff would be waiting for us in Krabi town, but we were giving no guidance, vouchers or names, and when we arrived no one was waiting fo rus. fortunately we were able to find a local agency to help us with that. All in all the resort is very nice, but if you are planning on doing many of the activities and sightseeing of the surrounding area, another hotel with an easier access might be preferable. Also the food was a bit expensive and not very good, for the amount and the price.
