The bed was so comfortable. It had a cushioned topper. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Definitely recommend staying here.

Nice stay. Recently remodeled. The room was clean and looked nice and well-maintained. Staff was responsive and competent. Breakfast was great and well stocked. The only negative I could say was the bit of freeway noise, but it wasn’t too bad.

I had a great stay at this hotel as the room was nice/spacious, and the hotel was very clean. I would only take a star off due to check-in as it took awhile and the staff member did not appear to know what to do and they took my card manually instead of having me swipe it. I also think breakfast could be improved by adding more options, but overall it was a great stay and I would come back!

Nice hotel with terrible management
Booked this trip for a family gathering thru Hotels.com. When arrived at hotel the clerk said had not received confirmation/payment from Hotels.com and charged us again at a higher rate. Returned home to find out both charges were billed. Contacted hotel and the manager was 0 help. Contacted Hotels.com and after they contacted hotel and were told they could not issue refund Hotels.com refunded their charge. Hotel clerk and manager were both unfriendly and unhelpful. Did not even give me a receipt at checkout. This hotel used to be under another major chain (BW) but since changed to Comfort Inn it's hospitality has plunged. Will NOT be staying there again.

The bathtub was unbelievable dirty! It has never been cleaned! We made sure to leave the curtain close and DID NOT USE IT AT ALL! Spoke with the front desk and they said that they clean them everyday! So they did absolutely nothing to accommodate us. Do not stay at this place! You will be disappointed after the roaches start coming out of the woodwork! You will be better off by driving a longer distance and staying here. There were roaches all over! If I would have known this, I would have brought bug spray and scrubbing brush along with soft scrub.

Disappointing At Best
The elevator was out. The toilet and shower were dirty. The overall appearance was not good and looked dirty. The laundry facilities were out as well. I originally booked with Best Western, but it was sold. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

Property appears to have recently changed owners, lots of construction and oddities. Staff tried to be as helpful as they could. AC was great in the room.

Disappointing stay
When arriving in my room, the smell of chemical cleaner was overwhelming. I literally left for a while and when i came back it was somewhat better. The heating/cooling unit is under the window and was so loud when it would function during the night that it woke me up each time it came on. I asked for a printed receipt and was told they could not give me one since I booked through Expedia. I booked through Hotels.com.

Get you own stuff!
Arrived late. Had 3 people reserved For room. There were no extra sheets or bedding or towels for the 3rd person, had to go down an get them from front desk. The pull out bed was very comfortable.

We had a good overnight stay in spite of the traffic on I 10. We were on the interstate side of the hotel. It was clean and the personnel very friendly.

Check-in was average. Our bed was nice but the floors were not great. There was a wad of hair and part of a tampon applicator on the bathroom floor and the shower had mold in the corners like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The room smelled but we think it was due to the smell of the water...it was awful! We wondered why they had Glade plug-ins in the hallways.

Paid for a tub with jet. I was given regular room regular tub. AC did not work properly. Overall disappointing. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. But you should get what you pay for.
