룸 컨디션이 가격대비 별로. 두브로브니크가 비싸긴 하지만 에어컨도 잘 안되고, 2박했는데 방청소도 해주지 않아 요청했음에도 쓰레기는 버리지 않음. 리셉션 직원은 매우 친절했지만 다시는 이 곳에 숙박하지 않을 겁니다.

이불이 굉장히 부드럽고 편했음 베란다에서 보는 야경이 멋있었음 직원들 매우 친절함 버스정류장이랑 가깝고 올드타운이랑은 멂 약간 오래된 것 같긴한데 전체적으로 깔끔 조식은 별로였음

Unpleasant feeling at dining room
Dear Hotel Berkeley Manager or Owner I stayed 2 nights at your hotel with my wife, last June. I experienced very bad situation at your morning restaurant. When I picked small ham with a picker and cheese of 2 pieces with same picker inside the plastic box (attached with box photo) the serving woman came to be close and said to me suddenly. "Why do you pick up the ham and cheese with one picker" wrinkling on her face. I didn't reply her, just only nodding. I didn't find out another cheese picker inside same box beforehand. I think we could pick up ham and cheese inside same box with one picker unintentionally. Even if I made a small mistake as a guest , the picking each of the ham picker and cheese picker inside one box was so important? Should she have pointed out the my picker, with gesture ignoring the guest? Indeed, I wanted to yell at her, but I kept to be very patient for the other guest, and she asked for my room number, But I noticed she didn't ask for room number to the other western guest. I felt I was disregarded by a serving woman at a dinnig room. I thought the breakfast food was not so bad. However the atmosphere of morning dinning room was not warmed and not kind for us, Asian tourists. She looked like with arrogant gesture, who disgraced Asian guest especially in my view. I never forget the unpleasant feelings during my staying at Berkerly hotel in Dubrovnik.

버스터미널에서 가깝고 호텔앞에서 1b,3번이 올드타운가요. 24시간 교통권끊으셔서 두루두루 다니기좋아요. 올드타운쪽으로 두정거장 정도가면 맛있는 레스토랑도있구요. 도보3분거리에 슈퍼도 있어요.단,방에 거미줄도있고 시설은 좋은데 청결이 별로더라구요. 조식은 주문하면 바로만들어주는식이고 요거트,과일은 뷔페식인데 전 별로더라구요.

Only hick up for my stay was I had a very slow water pressure time to time and was hard to take a shower. Box tissue in the bathroom would be a big plus.

Staff were amazing expecially the ladies at breakfast. Rooms were nice, location was good! Sadly the pool wasnt open and that was a suprise as it didnt state anywhere when we booked it wasnt going to be open. Would book this hotel again.

Super great place to stay:)
Super great services from Front desk guy to breakfast lady. Very friendly giving all the bus routes, main places to visit, etc. Hotel located at the perfect place to reach restaurants, boat tours etc.

Website pictures are very deceiving. It is a very run down hotel. It served its purpose for us as far as a place to sleep, but I wouldn’t stay here again. There are many other options in better locations.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Hafens. Bis zur historischen Altstadt sind es gut 30 Minuten zu Fuß oder man fährt mit dem Bus. Die Haltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Hotelnähe. Apropos Bus. Der zentrale Busbahnhof von Dubrovnik ist 10 Fußminuten entfernt. Das gebuchte Zimmer war schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Zustand war insgesamt gut. Zum Zimmer gehörte ein kleiner, gemütlicher Balkon. Ferner stand ein kleiner Kühlschrank zum Kühlen der Getränke o.ä. bereit. :-) Der Service war sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüfett war super. Es gab ausreichend Obst und Gemüse, der Kaffee war exzellent und Spiegel- / Rührei usw. wurden nach Wunsch in der Showküche frisch zubereitet. Ganz großes Plus: der hoteleigene Pool. Ideal, für eine kleine Abkühlung an einem warmen Sommertag. :-)

Had a fabulous four night stay here, the staff were so welcoming, the two ladies at breakfast were the best! Rooms very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was great, nice selection and a choice of a hot dish made fresh. Very central to everything, bus to old town in under 10 minutes, plenty of restaurants, shops, bakeries close by. Also very close to ferry port. Really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel and location for travelling around the area. Staff were really excellent too especially breakfast waiting staff (Mirjana) Sadly lots of building work going on next to the hotel in the day so very noisy but we were out a lot so it was ok. The pool is quite basic - we didn’t use it. The Superior room was worth it because of size but the balcony was not useable in the day due to the building works mentioned. That said as a result of location and staff I would return. Thank you for a nice time.

Amazing hotel just what we needed and in the right area away from the hustle & bustle of the old town but close enough to get a 10 minute bus ride- only slight downside was the 2 building renovations right outside the hotel, little bit loud in the mornings but overall didn’t affect our stay too much- staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Great breakfast and nice clean rooms, thank you for our great accommodation!

there's no hot water for showering, the hotel staff didnt inform us when we checked in. The staff said it's because of the storm in that afternoon that damaged their facilities, but we talked to the hotel guests and discovered there's no hot water supplies since the day before

Dear SuetThank you for your review. We are sorry that you haven't been satisfied in our hotel. Unfortunately we did have thunderstorm that started on friday in Dubrovnik. And a lot of places have been flooded. That kind of weather influenced our power supply. We had handyman working late into the next morning. Hot water was available on Saturday until another thunderstorm and then went back off, until Sunday one o'clock in the morning once it was stabilized.

A lovely hotel with great staff, very professional and polite. Very clean all around, with nice modern rooms. Not a big place in terms of the number of rooms and that's what adds to its appeal as the staff get to know you as well as it not feelingbusy at all. Nice little pool to cool off in and sunbeds to lounge on, which we often had to ourselves. Great breakfast sevice with the hot choices cooked fresh for you. Good location, literally 5 mins walk from Gruz Port and the boat pickup points for trips. A cheap Uber ride to the Old Town (we paid less than 6 Euros!) or you can get the bus from down by the Port for 2 Euros each. Overall, highly recommended!

Nice but not excellent
The rooms have been recently renovated so are clean however the new beds are very low to the ground so are not very comfortable. There is construction going on opposite the hotel and there is no space between the hotel and a very busy road which makes sitting outside unpleasant. I saw no evidence of recycling for guests as we have in other hotels. It is close to bus stops to catch 1A,1B and 3 to the Old Town just at the bottom of the road or down the stairs through the houses to the shopping, restaurants and marina. There is also a good brewery located here.

Unfortunately we are unable to change our location, and construction has been approved by the local government throughout the whole Dubrovnik. The hotel was a great base for my stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The staff at breakfast were fantastic and kind. Unfortunately there was construction work opposite the hotel when I stayed but as I only used the hotel as a base from which to explore the city this did not affect my stay at all. Would definitely recommend.

La chambre est propre et confortable avec des produits de toilette de qualité (la marques Rituals), mais des boissons fournies est incroyablement (café instantané de la marque Lidl) mal choisi pour un hôtel de ce classement. En plus, l'atout de cet hôtel est la piscine et le spa, mais le formel n'est accessible que de juillet à septembre, y compris le jacuzzi, et le dernier est fermé le dimanche... Une grande déception avec un tel prix.
