And we're so sorry to read of your experience with the heating system, we texted you back when we have our heating system back on. The room temperature in our bedrooms is fully controlled by our guests. By using the settings on the dial, you can set to either Hot or cold, low speed fan to high-speed fan. The system works on a two-port valve system using hot and cold water so the valve will adjust according to your preference.Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. On your next stay, if you are still having problems keeping your room warm, please feel free to let us know as we do have portable radiators and extra duvet available on request.Kind Regards,
