The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating. The construction was very loud and messy. Trying to find the elevator was difficult especially with a wheelchair.

The only bad part is construction was going on inside the hotel but other than that it was pretty good and clean! Very happy with the day time lady she was very responsive and respectful and just a great person!!

They were under construction, breakfast that was supposed to be included was closed, the elevator was barely working.

The young man that checked us in was so nice. We had an issue with one of the rooms and he was able to take care of it with a smile.

This property is about to undergo a major renovation. It is good for now. Don't know how it will be during the reno. Many dated things will be upgraded at that time.

When I booked they did say there would be construction during the day. I appreciated the advance notice. The shower definitely needs and update and a better cleaning. I liked everything else about the property.

Hotel under renovation
Understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations but my room was not clean very well. I have stayed at this hotel several times and this was my first experience with a dirty room.

The property is conveniently close to shopping and VSU. Eating locations close by. The room was clean no dust bunnies, no spider webs etc.

All of the staff were polite but the man in the kitchen was very short and dismissive. I also didn’t care for the taste of the breakfast.

Room reeked of smoke; needs curtains and carpets removed. Unsafe; someone tried to break into my room with keycard and didn’t feel safe afterwards. No assurances from staff that floor and hotel was safe. Don’t elect to purchase the breakfast. They don’t understand it . Had to get Expedia involved.

The carpet on the 6th floor smelled like mildew and piss. It was a heat wave. The air in the room did not work but they came in and fixed it. One elevator that sounded like it was going to break down any minute. Will not stay at this property again.
