Soggiorno deludente...abbiamo preso un albergo 4 stelle ma siamo stati trattati come in un low-cost...ogni cosa si pagava extra ...scriveva albergo con piscina interna ma, la piscina si pagava 10 euro/pers., cuffia 3 euro, ciabatte 3 euro, accappatoio 10 euro...,scriveva animali ammessi e abbiamo pagato 10 euro per un cagnolino taglia piccola... garage interno 20 euro/macchina quindi abbiamo lasciato le macchine fuori sotto la neve in quanto eravamo 2 macchine e ci è sembrato esagerato pagare 40 euro per una notte ...tutti costi NON annunciati al momento della prenotazione,sennò al check out al momento del pagamento ... Ci dispiace tantissimo...unica cosa di 4 stelle era solo il paesaggio...di sicuro NON torneremo 😓 ad alloggiare in questo albergo...

Nella mia camera non si vedono i canali TV,non c é linea cellulare e wifi in camera pessimo,luci all entrata non funzionanti,2 lampade bruciate su 3 abat/jour.non ci sono dettagli precisi su cosa offre l hotel e trovi le sorprese sgradevoli una volta sul posto.Discoteca chiusa d estate,piscina e SPA chiudono troppo presto.

Hôtel à la localisation exceptionnelle ... et ça s’arrête là !!! Enfin je dirais qu’il s’agit d’un bon 2 étoiles mais d coup beaucoup trop cher ou d’un très mauvais 4 étoiles ... - j’ai réservé chambre avec vue... j’ai eu vu sur un mur de neige alors que de l’autre côté il y avait vue vallée magnifique (merci le supplément) et quand j’en ai informé l’accueil elle m’a dit qu’elle n’avait plus de place ... la chambre était propre, le wifi très mauvais et la tv tellement vestiaire qu’elle en est drôle... vous me direz qu’on ne va pas au ski pour regarder la tv... mais l’hôtel est très isolé et le soir il n’y a rien à faire du coup... - le restaurant est horrible - La piscine est payante : 10€ + prévoir bonnet sinon supplément. - je garde un souvenir assez drôle de la navette ... Côté positif : localisation, possibilité de louer ski et forfait de l’hôtel, les pistes devant l’hôtel (pour 30% du domaine) et navettte régulière et gratuite pour aller de l’autre côté de la station. Le bar des pistes à côté de l’hôtel est cool mais ferme tôt !!

Albergo con tutti i confort. Le camere belle (le nostre avevsno una bellissima vista). Area relax e piscina a pagamento. Tutto vicino: piste, scuola di sci. Il paese e' circa a 7 km

Situation très agréable en bas des pistes.
Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner. Vue magnifique depuis notre chambre. Excellent séjour.

Vacanza all'hotel Jafferau
L'hotel è situato in ottima posizione per sciatori. Di trova all'arrivo dell'ovovia ed alla partenza skilift per plateau a 2400 metri. Il personale è cortese ma occorre molta attenzione perché tutto è extra, Poco manca perché venga addebitato anche l'uso delle posate. Occorre farsi confermare bene in dettaglio cos'è compreso nel prezzo è quali sono gli extra direttamente dall'hotel perché quanto pattuito con le agenzie non viene osservato.

Non ho particolari commenti da riferire. È un eccellente zona sciistica da provare ... forse si può fare qualche miglioramento che a mio parere è soggettivo alle esigenze del cliente. E comunque divertente e praticabilissima con eccellenti panorami e Buon mangiare... migliorabile ma buona la struttura.

The reception staff (specially ‘Valentino’) were very helpful to sort out our issue with the bed. The staff at the restaurant (specially ‘Armando’) were very efficient, attentive and polite. Overall staff at the Hotel made us feel welcome. The best thing about the location of the Hotel was the fact that you could literally ski in and out of your hotel and the easy access of the Ski room to the lift that would directly take you to the corridors of the hotel rooms. There was also a ski shop with another friendly staff and a very reasonable cost for ski hire. The toddlers ski area (nursery slope) was also literally few steps down the Hotel’s car park. Overall I rate the Hotel 10 out of 10 for it’s overall package and would definitely recommend it to both families with children or even couples.

Ottimo albergo sulle piste da sci.
Posizionato all'arrivo della cabinovia. Vista straordinaria. Ottimo per gli sciatori ma anche per chi vuole solo relax o fare passeggiate nella natura.

Troppo difficile da raggiungere e indicazioni scarse. Parcheggio esterno quasi inesistente e personale poco preparato. Struttura isolata ma bella nel complesso. Per trascorrere qualche giorno a sciare può andar bene, non per soggiorni di passaggio.

Per essere un hotel a 4 stelle mi ha deluso. Doccia rotta, aria condizionata poco funzionante, divano letto al posto del letto matrimoniale, centro benessere misero con vasca idromassaggio poco funzionante! Per quanto speso poco consigliato!!!

Un vero peccato
Peccato, peccato davvero ... La location è splendida, le camere non solo male, nonostante noi avessimo un divano letto (non richiesto !), ma la gestione ha molti difetti. Partendo dalla reception con impiegati che battibeccano tra loro e si mandano "allegramente" a vaff... Ristorante mediocre, dove alla richiesta di avere un secondo vegetariano, si presentano con una coppetta da gelato di carote e lattuga, facendoti comunque pagare il prezzo pieno del menù fisso. Dove una teiera, solo di English breakfast - of course - perché non c'è nient'altro ("il the verde non c'è, sa a volte ci fanno gli scherzi!") ti costa 6 euro. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina, che comunque è a pagamento, e dunque non posso dare giudizi. Comodo il servizio navetta e gentile l'autista. Spero che in inverno le cose vadano meglio ...

Grand chalet au pied des pistes . Un peu impersonnel et sans grand charme. Tous le confort dans les chambres modernes, lit King size et balcon plein sud. Excellent repas, et bon petit déjeuner. Accueil parfait. Belle piscine couverte chauffée et spa.

Located far from the town of Bardonecchia and has a bus that can bussing guests to and from the village. When cabinliften is closed are no buses to the base station, either, and you're stuck. The hotel does not sell the necessary things and have no small shop that would be needed. Front desk staff is incredibly helpful in large and small. The buffet breakfast was missing some things like variation on his bread. Dinners were substandard and can be improved a lot.

For the view!!!!
The view was just outstanding!!. Do not get discouraged when using a GPS.......the narrow uphill road will finally take you to the hotel - located at about 2000 m. Very quiet area right on the ski slopes.

What a disaster...
Well, let's start from the beginning. We get on top of this beautiful mountain and we find this good looking place and we were told the room was ready. So we get in but the room is actually not ready. So we go back and wait. The room was good at the end. Quite clean and spacious. The hotel overall lacked the feeling of a mountain resort. It is a modern hotel without character in the middle of the mountain. What a shame. With just a few touches would have been amazing. Worse bit: the restaurant. Big open modern restaurant with no character at all. Positive: the price. You think you get a 4 star for cheap, but you actually pay the right amount for what can bearly be defined as 3 stars. The second day we got stuck at the top as the road was not cleaned by the local services and there was too much snow. Last but not the least we were lucky to have cash as the credit card did not work at checkout. What kind of 4 stars has no credit cards?

Le calme, les équipements, la proximité des pistes
L'hôtel peut être difficile d'accès selon la météo. Prévoir les chaines. L'établissement se situe sur les pistes, il est isolé en pleine nature et donc au calme ce qui correspond parfaitement à nos attentes. Parfait pour se ressourcer en famille et profiter des joies du ski. Location du matériel et cours de ski sur place.

Nice hotel in a great location, beautiful view
Great location- right by the slope and ski lift. Blue and red runs. Beautiful view overlooking the mountains. The hotel is quite high up but offers free shuttle until 7pm to the town centre and other slopes. after 7pm it is 10 euros per person but they are reliable and come when needed. Staff were very nice and helpful. The swimming pool and sauna were great after whole day of skiing. Breakfast and dinner were good. However, Expedia messed up my reservation and instead of informing the hotel I booked two twin rooms , they only informed the hotel about one room booking so we had to stay in one room, Room comfort was okish but because i did not get proper bed but a sofa it was not the most comfortable and the room was small.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel dalla posizione incantevole e strategica per chi ama lo sci. Adatto a famiglie e gruppi di sciatori, nel complesso è un buon Hotel, unica pecca l'organizzazione e la manutenzione della struttura. Direi che è più un 3 stelle che un 4. Il personale è disponibile e molto alla mano.

il doit y avoir un problème d'attribution des étoiles car si cet hotel est une étape correct, on attend bien plus d'un 4 étoiles : le service, l'accueil et un petit déjeuner déplorable. A noter, n'oubliez pas votre bonnet de piscine, obligatoire pour maintenir la propreté de la piscine qui malgré tout laisse à désirer. Si vous n'en avez pas, vous serez contraint de vous acquitter de 3€ par bonnet.

Posto panoramico ideale x passeggiata Montana o x sciare, strada x arrivare non illuminata, poche segnalazioni (non fidatevi del navigatore), ristorante non all'altezza x un 4 stelle! e i pochi pasti non economici!!! Un caffè al bar 3 euro!!! Consiglio : prenotare la mezza pensione x evitare di scendere a Bardonecchia x la cena.

Nel complesso buono, migliorabile il servizio ai tavoli che è molto confuso. Due bustine di tè a colazione ci dovrebbero sempre essere mentre la scelta decade solo su tè verde e rovistando salta fuori una tisana. Per il resto la valutazione è positiva
