Very clean, and beds were extremely comfortable!!! Also the breakfast was nice!

Not a clean place
The rooms was absolutely disgusting. Still haven’t received a refund. And the person working the desk was defensive not apologetic.

The staff was extremely helpful when we asked to change rooms because a train runs behind the propery and our room was right next to the tracks. The continental breakfast was very disappointing. Not to the standards of HI Hotels that i usually stay at. The bed was so uncomfortable.

It's a really fine property, but it's time for an upgrade for several things. In today's market, I expected bedside charging options, an extra blanket, and an active restaurant and bar. Also, the hallway temp was arctic but told that the general manager was the only one with a key to the room with the thermostat.

The staff was very welcoming and made sure that we were comfortable. After we got settled in went to the lounge and had a glass of wine where the bartender was extremely nice. Enjoyed talking with her and she made sure that we enjoyed ourselves.

We were traveling with a baby and requested a crib, as free cribs were listed as available upon request. We were told they don't have any, so my husband and I, and our toddler and baby, all shared an uncomfortable night sharing a king bed. We were told they will be renovating in January and will likely get cribs then. Doesn't help us now, though... Aside from that, the room we were in was a stone's throw from the train track, and we heard the trains go past all night. Not too terrible for us since we brought a white noise machine for our kids and were able to drown out some of it. Cleanliness: it for sure could have been cleaner, but wasn't the worst I've seen. There was breakfast included, which saved our stay. It was good, plentiful, and hot.

After a 12 hours of interstate, driving southbound to Florida, with seemingly every other car in North America on the roads at the same time …. I made a reservation online five minutes before arriving at the property. Abby at the front desk was a joy! I was looking after two senior friends in escorting them to Florida, and it was so comforting to be welcomed so nicely. The hotel has a nice lobby bar and decent little restaurant. Heather, behind the bar was very hospitable and looked after the needs of us weary travelers really well. Lucky we chose this place! Recommended!!

We had a room with two queen beds and the sounds on the springs were so bad that we ended up purchasing ear plugs to help us sleep. Metal on metal sound every time you move on the bed. Just terrible.

Macon Stay
Check in was prompt and Friendly. The room was basically clean. The bath room needed more attention. The tile floor in the shower needed a better cleaning. The "do not r....." sign for the door was missing . I brought this to the attention of the night clerk, but nothing was resolved.

Quick and easy check in. Luggage carts were ready for use in the lobby. Grounds were well kept and clean. Very close to restaurants, gas, etc.

There was a bar but it was closed and there was a restaurant which was also closed. In the room the duvet cover was creased and had not been ironed. Very disappointing overall for what is supposed to be a four star property.

The hotel is nice and clean, we stayed for one night, good and convenience location, breakfast OK.(see below), rooms clean The only thing I would complain is the breakfast, which was OK as I mention before. Saturday they should serve till 10:00am, 9:20 food start to disappear and 9:40 they put everything away, If u serve by 10, it don’t mean stop serving at 9:30!!!!!!

Tne to could blencleaner but everything was nice and comfortable. The only thing that I would complain about, is that the black out curtains couldn't be closed.

I enjoyed the young ladies who checked me in. I enjoy how beautiful and clean the hotel was. The Hotel really was beautiful. I also enjoyed seeing the kids in the indoor pool having fun with family and friends as I parked my car in a well lit area. The room was so nice everything was exactly like I love it also the room AC was on some one must knew I loved the AC walked into heaven almost. Thanks for the great stay I would recommend anyone to stay. It was family friendly I loved seeking the kids with their parents and everyone was so nice. Funny story I was leaving my room around 9am for business and across the room was a family of 4 2 babies and the day was explaining to his kids they had to go and the babies were like nooooooo I don't want to go. It made me smile to myself because I was thinking the same thing Nooooo I don't want to leave but I had to. That's the type of stay you want whenever you check in or out of a Hotel. Sweet home away from home. Be blessed readers.
