Very bad service. Got a very noisy room on the short end facing the freeway. Asked about possibilities to switch room, guided to come back after checkout 3pm. Returned and got a new message to come back after cleaning at 5pm, returned and was told there are other rooms available but they could not give me one just now because the system could not show how many was cleaned. Changing people all the time not communicating between each others. Gave up even though I knew they had many rooms available. First morning almost all breakfast was out at 08am, no forks or spoons available and the guests had to wait a long time for new. Got a rude reaction when I notified the receptionist about this. Third morning breakfast was out of Coffey. Otherwise nice rooms at the hotel and a nice lobby. But no customer care at all.

Love the size of the rooms and how quiet this hotel seems even though they were relatively busy.

Very basic, utilitarian suite. Very dated. Uncomfortable beds and old pillows. Not worth the money.

Due to covid the usual excellent breakfast was not available. We had to go out to get something to eat that was decent.

The management was discriminatory at these facility. There was some staff that was more than willing to help and they were AWESOME! However, the management and higher ups were not helpful and actually created more issues than they did anything else. It was ashame that when there was a issue there wasn’t anyone professional enough to handle it properly.

Loved it!
Amazing hotel staff and they went above and beyond! The room had so many amenities! Made our stay so comfortable and it was a good area as well! Our room had a full fridge and a dishwasher. Beds were kind of stiff and the pillows were down so they don’t offer any neck support so we didn’t sleep well. But we would definitely stay again if we could bring our own pillows!

Carpeting in the room was filthy. Asked to switch and they couldn't accommodate. No tissue, toilet broke and when i expressed concerns at checkout, the MOD could care less. My checkin experience with Courtney was the only positive during the stay.

The staff here were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were in and out for a quick stay, but the Homewood was everything we needed and more. The facilities were clean, the gym was available and utilized for a quick run, and the room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff was the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. That was the highlight of the hotel to us.

Two star rating !
Check in was awesome the front desk associate was very polite and professional. Upon accessing the room the area to enter the elevator smelled like trash. The hallway trash cans where packed and smelled like they haven’t been changed in a day or two. After accessing the room we realized that the shower wasn’t cleaned properly there was dirty and grime in the corners of the tub. Very nasty.! The bedroom area was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was just that “complimentary “ .I’ve stayed at Homewood suites in other places and I’ve never been so displeased I’m a Hilton honors member I will not be returning .

The overall room size was great...but the smell of the room had a burning smell coming from the AC/Heater. The Tv did not work half the time and the blinds would not close down all the way ...leaving the bright sun to inter in early mornings!!
