We hebben heerlijk gegeten en geslapen in dit hotel. De kamer was ruim en schoon. Jammer dat de verwarming koud was terwijl deze open stond. Daardoor was het wat koud. Staff is vriendelijk maar je moet wel je eigen koffers de trap op en af tillen

We chose this property based on its location, amenities and historic charm. The beds were comfy and the room quiet. The swimming pool and sauna were an especially nice treat. The day spa was a bit difficult to utilize due to communication issues. (Not the hotel's fault. It was operated by a separate group. )

The hotel was beautiful, lots of character and we were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise! But the staff really sells the place. Check in and check out were quick and seamless. Billy in the pool area was extremely friendly and gave us plenty of local recommendations and the front of the house staff was welcoming and kind. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return!

Hotel was very nice. Beautiful bathroom. Good location. Parking and dropping off back was a little tricky but at least it was included in the price. Bed was comfortable. Room was a little too warm and could not really adjust the heat.

A friendly home from home hotel with beds to die for. Nothing too much trouble for staff and we had a really enjoyable stay. Perfect location between the INEC/National Park and Killarney town. Simply perfect, thank you!!

No disability support, we tried to move out a night early and were forced to pay for 2 nights even though we stayed only one night. Really bad attitude from the general manager at the property. No empthy for people with disabilities.

Nous avons été surclassés ( suite the dalton). Belle vue. Excellent déjeuner. Seul petit reproche pour un hôtel 4 étoiles: diverses taches imprégnées sur la moquette, plusieurs coups tant dans la douche que dans la baignoire. Sinon le personnel très prévenant.

The Randles Hotel offers excellent elegant accommodations in a lovely setting. The staff were helpful, but unfortunately we were misdirected by hotel staff when leaving the hotel for our bus connection to Cork, then on to Kilkenny. The bus stop near the Plaza Hotel is not the stop for the bus to Cork, which we discovered after standing in the cold rain, then continuing like drowned rats onwards to a taxi and the main bus station, a spectacle witnessed by the Randles senior barman (you can confirm, as he greeted us). It is best for the hotel staff to supply accurate information for ignorant travelers like us.

The location of this hotel is great, and the food at the restaurant was quite enjoyable. Our room, however, was just okay. Our bathroom had loose tiles on the floor and a mild smell of mildew, old furnishings, and no amenities (coffee or tea would be better than a shoe horn).

We stayed 5 nights and loved everything about this hotel. The property is lovely, the location is convenient as a home base for several sightseeing trips and it’s a short walk to the city center. Ample parking. The employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner menus offered enough options for us (1 vegetarian and 1 meat lover) and the food was excellent. We enjoyed relaxing in one of the 4-5 comfortable seating areas outside or in sitting rooms by fireplaces, with a drink from the bar which was open late. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and quiet; the bed was comfortable. Lots of outlets to charge our devices. We appreciated the welcome wine and chocolates, plus fresh water bottles daily. Definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at Randles Hotel Killarney was very convenient for our drive on the Ring of Kerry and Skellig Ring. The hotel staff was very friendly and the bar was nice and modern. The only complaint is how hot the hotel was for beautiful weather during mid-April which made it very difficult to sleep.

The bed was very comfortable. The room smelled like vomit, the tile in the bathroom was loose, and the shower did not drain. The staff was ok. I had prepaid and when I went to check out she asked me to pay, I told her I prepaid and she insisted I didn’t until I told her I would show her and then she was able to see I prepaid.

Toll eingerichtetes und sauberes Hotel in super Lage. Hervorzuheben ist das saubere Bad, mit eingebauter walk-in-Dusche (so gut wie alle Hotels haben sonst nur Badewannen mit Duschköpfen). Stadtkern gut fußläufig erreichbar. Super Lage zum Start der Rundfahrt des Ring of Kerry.
