I am writing to you to apologize for the housekeeping issues that you received while staying with us. I want to ensure you that this is by no means our level of service that we want to give our guests. We expect high standards from our housekeeping staff and unfortunately we failed. I have addressed this situation with the Housekeeping Manager to prevent this from happening again.Please accept my apologies. I have gone into your stay and placed a 50 refund plus taxes.
