Perfect place
Very enjoyable, lots of places of interest to visit great weather was a bonus & able to chill out in the hotel after a long day out.

Small but lovely room
Lovely room is albeit quite small. Great host and good facilities for guests to use. The location is great, close to the high street and the beach. Breakfast was good, although the coffee could be better.

British staycation
We were a bit unsure about what changes hotels would have implemented to ensure the safety of their guests but we need have worried. Everything was super clean. The hosts were welcoming, informative and friendly. The location of this B&B is central to everything. We would highly recommend it. Thank you for a lovely stay and for putting our minds at ease.

Lovely hotel but the biggest letdown was parking! We were told in first day to leave the car in the in situ as parking was difficult, but as we were there to visit family we couldn’t so we had to park on a neighbouring street. But hotel was nice .

Thank you for your comments. We provided to you Free Secured onsite parking here and you had it whole duration of your stay. We helped you to park when you arrived. We are not restricted you to leave your car in the bay all the time but informed that parking is selfparking. We can not help to park all the time, especially on busiest time of the season that what we wanted to say. It is your decision that you parked in neighbouring street, however your space was empty, so we didnt letdown you with parking. This is your unfair blaming us.

Good weekend trip
On first arrival our host Russell was on hand to assist us with parking, booking in and explaining the layout of the hotel together with helping us to our room which was very nicely set out and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and Russel's family were really nice and friendly. All in all a great place to have a holiday stay. Would recommend highly.

Great accommodation that we would recommend.
We booked 2 rooms over 2 days and had excellent service. The car park is small but we were met there by the owner and helped to park, we were allowed to check in early and we had nice rooms. The breakfasts were really good with food cooked to order.

4 night stay.
This was our first stay at Lindum Lodge. On arrival our host Rasul welcomed us and showed us around. Our twin room was as comfortable as you can get. Breakfasts were excellent and served well. What ever we asked for regarding the menu we got. We have no complaints, an excellent stay. We will be booking again in the future.

Was told there was parking got there and told vehicle was to big had to park at another hotel very embarrassed. Owner was abrupt and treated us like tramps. Was told breakfast was not until 8.30 as we was there for business had to leave early so we where told we wouldn't be getting one. Owner very abrupt won't be going back

David, it is written clearly on our booking policy that we can not accept big vans like yours in our parking due to avoid disturbance other guests. Knowing that you still booked with us, as well as knowing the breakfast time. We are family business and can not serve early breakfast like you wanted at 6:30 A.M, especially when we are fully booked. Also I should mention the fact that you broke, probably, with knife the carpet in the room 4 where you stayed and you would be charged for that.

Family fun hotel
Family fun hotel with a personal touch. short walk into town centre. Greeted in car park on our arrival with assistance with our luggage. Russel showed us around the hotel and gave us all information we needed to make our stay in Torquay was a pleasant one. Genuinely wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room was plenty big enough for 3. Bathroom newly refurbished. Only one negative - sheets and towels not changed during our 4 night stay. Would recommend and revisit ourselves.

Glad to have seen the English Riviera!
Lovely ,friendly and very clean small hotel. Handy for town centre and harbour. Hilly back via Abbey road but easier way by using multi storey car park lifts. Quaint 4 screen cinema on Abbey road and Princess Theatre is very nice. Lots of good cafes,bars and eateries. Good bus service for nearby towns or use ferries.

Great hotel short walking distance seafront
We were greeted on arrival by the landlord and shown around the hotel, Our room was excellent and quite spacious with en-suite, the bed was very comfortable with soft pillows, the whole place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Owner and his family were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely, It was also quiet and a nice short walking distance from the harbour and seafront. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely, friendly hotel
My wife, daughter and I stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed walking and shopping from the hotel without having to use the car. The owner and his family were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A useful centrally placed hotel
The ensuite single room was rather cell-like but was clean & comfortable with tea making facilities & TV. The owner is very approachable & was always on hand to help with parking the car in the adequate but narrow onsite car park. Excellent breakfasts served in the large bright dining room. I will certainly use this hotel again.

Amazing owner who really looked after us!
We booked this hotel for a residential training course and have to say the owner, Chris, couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to make sure all of our candidates were really looked after. The hotel has a lovely feel and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Review
I give 5 stars service because of Chris, I challenge anyone not to like that man. The reason I may not have otherwise is there seemed to be someone calling to other rooms to remind them of checkout times and with the walls being a tad thin she disturbed us once or twice. Beds & bedding weren't the best, however dispite all this I will be going there again if I ever re visit Torquay and need lodging.
