We LEFT after 10 minutes. What a waste of money ripoff. The building and exterior were poorly appointed, front desk and lobby area were absolute trash. Front desk lady was nice. The room was the filthiest hotel room I have ever set foot in. Dirty carpet. Filthy bathroom. Stunk like a dumpster. I can’t believe I paid for this and had to pay to stay somewhere else !!!!!!

Breakfast options were packaged oatmeal and yogurt with no where to eat. Our room was big but had a large puddle of something pink and sticky near the door. The woman at the front desk was very nice but was dressed in a hoodie and pajama pants.

Disappointed, since there was an incident that consisted of the following, it is not a trustworthy hotel where employees see valuable items forgotten in the room and steal them, this past week happened to me and the staff did not take action in the issue against housekeeping, I work in the same thing and we know the hotels' policies and both the manager and the employees are not trustworthy 😔

Stay was “meh”. Advertised breakfast but was grab and go coffee and granola or muffin. First room smelled of heavy smoke. Easily moved to second but the bathroom in the second the shower curtain smelled musty and moldy - not good. For “extended stay” the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Cost was some benefit.

Don’t stay, bedbug infested
Bedbugs. Not too long after check in I noticed I had bite marks but assumed they might be mosquito bites. Took a shower got back in bed, less than 20 minutes later more bite marks. Told front desk and the receptionist asked what I wanted her to do about it. Was told to call on Monday to speak to Manager, it’s Saturday night. Came back to room & used flashlight from my phone and recorded a bedbug on the pillow that I had been laying on. Please do not stay here, very dirty only convenience is location.

Everywhere smells like stale smoke!
Be warned that despite being a non-smoking property, everywhere we were in this hotel, including our room, reeked of stale smoke. As a result I had horrible allergy issues our entire stay and did not sleep much. If this is a concern for you, find another place. We will not return as a result. If that doesn't bother you, know that the bathroom was the nicest part of the room. The stove was gas which surprised me. The one thing that was great about this place was the helpfulness of the front desk person. When I checked in she was courteous and then when I realized there were no sheets for the pull out, she quickly got a set of bedding together for us.

Our hotel check in was somewhat slow. Receptionist was pretty quiet. Only one room key was working. Entered room and smelled of smoke for a NI. SMOKING room. Floors wee wet and slippery Out tv would turn in and only work manually. The remote was not working. Atheism’s smelled somewhat moldy while we showered. There was not fan for ventilation in bathroom. If we were to have stayed for more then o e night we would have had to look for another room.

My stay turned to bad when the room that I stayed in ran out of toilet paper. I was told to either use tissues or go get my own. At 2:45am is not the greatest time to go find toilet paper. the next day just the front desk representative gave a half hearted apology and said the shipment just didn't arrive.

We had 3rd floor corner room convenient to stair exit but there was a man spending nights in stairwell. He walked right in because exit door on ground level had malfunctioning exterior lock. Made front desk aware of man & lock but was told door problem was corporate problem. We confronted man & he left.

There was never anyone at the desk when you needed something. The "grab and go" breakfast was just small muffin and granola bars. The second day there was nothing out for breakfast and yet again noone there to ask about it.
