Stayed here for a short spring break getaway and had an amazing time!! The rooms are clean and spacious, love the balcony’s as well. The outdoor and indoor pools were very clean. Will definitely be back and would make it our “ go to” place to stay when we visit.

Liked the room w couch and kitchenette although the counter had not been wiped. The bathroom was refurbished and brand new! We were relaxed and the breakfast was typical and ran until 10:00. We would stay there again.

This hotel was affordable and clean. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. We loved it! I had my husband and 3kids with me and they were comfortable and slept soo good. I will definitely stay agian.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Each room had a full size fridge and freezer. You could cook in the room. Gorgeous property. My only issue was the beds and pillows may need to be updated. Loved the balcony.

Very nice place to stay. This was our second time here and it didn’t disappoint. Very clean rooms, great parking, just a few minutes from the main parkway without having to deal with all the noise.

It was a good place for our family to stay. The breakfast was great and the kitchenette in our room was nice. The main floor near the breakfast and lobby doesn’t currently have a working bathroom so when my little kids had to go a breakfast time, it was very inconvenient to have to go back up to our room or walk all the way around to the conference center. The laundry facility on property is njce and all staff we encountered were professional and helpful.

The staff was wonderful and the room was nice. Things are currently being updated so there's construction but it's nothing to crazy! The only complaint... the elevators.... so slow. Other than that, great experience.

The breakfast area was very congested and not laid out in a guest friendly manner. We went for the first morning and did not go back. The food offered was good, the staff was friendly but there wasn't enough room.

Not as expected
Hotel is in a great location in comparison to many of the Pigeon Forge things to do. Parking is plentiful and staff was relatively friendly. The room itself leaves a lot to be desired. Beds are very hard, past the point of being "firm". The bathroom door was incredibly hard to use by children as the handle would get stuck and not open; so they would get stuck in the bathroom when closing the door. The kitchen was the worst of all hotel rooms I've stayed in with a kitchen. There was nearly no utensils to even cook. There was a single pan, no pots, no measuring cups, no cooking utensils, no plastic or glass mixing bowls or casserole dishes - literally there were 4 drinking glasses, 4 plates, 3 saucers and 4 forks and spoons. If you are staying for an overnight stay, it works, but nothing about this room is good for a long stay with family if you have the intention of using the kitchen. As it pertains to functionality, you may as well just get a normal room with 2 beds for $100+ less a night.

Few issues, but overall nice place
We loved the spaciousness of the room and the fact that it was off the main road so it’s quiet, yet really close to everything. They are doing some renovations in the building which was never mentioned to us so there was a lot of noise in the hall and above us even during the night that was not from other guests. If a door slams down the hall, your door rattles too. The kitchen is great if you need it, especially the fridge but it is very loud when it runs. The indoor pool would have been nice to use, but it’s very tiny and packed every time we tried to go so even my daughter said no thanks to swimming. The fitness center is a small room with 3 machines and that’s it. One treadmill, one elliptical and one recumbent bike. Overall, it’s a very nice place to stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our door lock was broken and they fixed it for us in no time. We would definitely consider staying here again, especially once the renovations are done.
