위치나 라운지의 직원들의 친절은 대만족. 하지만 일부 프론트직원들은그리 친절하지는 않았음. 옆방 문여닫는 소리가 거슬렸음. 와이파이가 잘 안터져서 거의 노트북을 사용하지 못했음.

The foyer is so inviting, our room was great. The bed was very comfortable. The shower nice and powerful. The bacon sausage was so tasty at breakfast. My wife had blueberry yoghurt fruit. Great coffee from the bean to cup machine. We had dinner and it was perfect. Staff are very nice. I would stay here again

Had last minute stay in Belfast due to ferry cancellation. Very happy to have found room at the Hilton. Very comfortable and lovely dinner.

The restaurant staff were poorly trained. Wine was served with bits floating in it and was not served as requested with the main course. One item ordered never arrived but I was charged for it. Even in quiet times there were unnecessary waits by customers for empty tables to be prepared - they should have already been set. There seemed to be a policy of not setting tables until they were needed and so the place did not seem welcoming. The bar seemed short staffed because guests waited too long to be served.

The property was v nice. Staff in breakfast bar amazing. Staff member that checked us in told me he upgraded my room. Also told my friend the same however the room was exactly what we paid & paid well for. Bar was inadequately stocked, poor selection of drinks. A bit disappointing overall.

An underwhelming experience
What was hoped to be a luxurious experience turned out to be a very negative one. As advertised on website. Slippers, bathrobes were supposed to be part of King room option. There was none. Not even a bottle of complimentary water, filtered or otherwise. I have received on multiple occasions from a 4 star hotel. Air conditioning did not work. Reported to housekeeping. 3 night stay still not working. Had to request a room service for fresh towels and essential toiletries after 2 days as room was not being serviced. Dinner served in Restaurant in Sunday night was so shockingly bad. Cold, oily/greasy jue. Frozen chicken that we returned and settled for a soup each at full price. And finally at checkout, not even a question from reception as to how our stay was. Reality is the HILTON staff just did not care.

The property seems somewhat impersonal, hard to know you are in Ireland, but the location is excellent especially if you arrive by train. Everything we wanted was in walking distance.

Unsatisfied stay
I have visited more than 150 hotel around the word, and never one asked me to pay a fee for allowing my friend to visit me in your room. Once I asked the manager for the reason behind paying a fee for that, he said because we upgrade your room to two beds even though my room is two single beds. Also, my friend just stay with me for a couple of hours not stay overnight. It’s absolutely strange such this condition happen with 5 star hotel. Hope you take my review seriously and hearing from you back

Very convenient location esp if attending conference as it’s connected to the convention centre and is walking distance to city centre. Staff are very nice and friendly. We left a jacket behind in the room and it has been found and it will hopefully be sent all the way to me. Overall very happy with stay
