We loved our stay at the Marshall House! From the historic vibes and southern hospitality, to the complimentary wine and cheese happy hour, to the comfy upgraded room - we loved it! So comfy, so casual and so convenient!

The free breakfast and HH was nice. They also gave us complimentary water. The location was also very good. But overall it was just too old of a property for me. The floor creaked very loudly in our room. The noise level in the hallway was a bit loud. And there is no where to put your makeup/toiletry bag down in the bathroom. No counter space whatsoever which I prefer to have. I loved Savannah and plan to return but I wouldn’t stay here again. Personal preference.

Location is unbeatable. Nice and welcoming valet. Front desk nothing special. Room was terrific, though the a/c was like a freight train when it kicked on. Breakfast was good, not special. Newly renovated bathrooms were quite nice. I appreciated the historical vibe and original wood floors! Would return with slightly different expectations.

The staff at The Marshall House was extremely professional and helpful. The property is quaint and in a very walkable location. Free waters and nightly happy hours added to our enjoyment. We will be back.

Very unique property- built in 1851! They provided a wine social with live music. Nice touch! Unfortunately bed was uncomfortable and ac was so loud we had to turn it off.

This is a beautiful old hotel, with a lovely lobby, high ceilings, and nice comfortable rooms. Every employee interaction was pleasant and professional. It's location makes everything in the historic district within 15 minutes walking distance. We used the balcony more than expected. There is plenty of street noise and the light over the bathroom sink is a bit dim.

This property is very convenient. Once I valet the car, I didn't need it again until the day I left. I would pick this hotel for my next visit to Savannah again and again.

Breakfast was delicious and included for free happy hour wine and cheese plus live music all included for free the only thing to complain about was the ac in are room was loud everything was clean and well kept and the staff could not have been better

Elevator did not work all the time. I was on the 4th floor with my 80 year old mother who was stuck in her room. When we were in our room the TV was spotty or had no signal.

Savannah is a magically gorgeous town. The Marshall House is a walkable distance from everything you would love seeing. It has one of the best hotel breakfasts i have ever had. The staff a super friendly and helpful....the rooms are a step back in time...we loved our time there.

What a beautiful historic hotel right in the center of historic Savannah!! Such charm and character. The hotel is conveniently located to pretty much everything Savannah has to offer. It is close to the Riverwalk and many other attractions. The included breakfast every morning was a nice touch. The staff was always friendly and attentive. Can't wait to visit again. You will not regret staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marshall House. The entire staff were all wonderful. We especially liked the wine reception each night. What a treat after walking around Savannah all day! We definitely would stay again!

Loved everything about this property. The room was a good size, had a safe for valuables. Loved that there was a free wine social hour daily, and had trivia games & musicians as well. The hotel's location was perfect...very walkable with great coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. When we return to Savannah, this is where we'll stay again.

What a lovely, quiet hotel right in the middle of the city. My daughter and I enjoyed 3 nights of a mother-daughter getaway and found this property to be ideal. We loved the delicious breakfast and wine/cheese at the end of the day. It was central to all of our destinations.

Marshall House is a lovely property full of charm. The room was on the small size, but probably typical for when it was built. It was clean and comfortable and you could tell that it has been well maintained. The location is convenient for seeing all the good sites and for shopping. We stayed on the 4th floor and one night when it was windy and rainy, we could hear a constant banging that we realized was the flag hitting the flag pole. It wasn't an issue other than that rainy night. Breakfast isn't fancy but it was sufficient and tasty. Better than most places where breakfast is included. The staff we dealt with were all very nice. I would have given higher marks to the staff if it hadn't been for one incident. One afternoon, we were in our room relaxing and watching tv after sight seeing and the door to our room was opened. (we had forgotten to bolt it). It was quickly closed, once it was apparent that we were in the room. My husband went to look and see who it was and it appeared to be a maintenance man, who absolutely reeked of marijuana. As we hadn't called for anything, it made us wonder why he was coming into our room, especially because he didn't knock, which was a little unnerving. The bathtubs are charming and work well but not be the best for someone with mobility or balance issues.

Good location, friendly staff, building with historical decor while being comfortable. Very nice complimentary Happy Hour having wide selection of wines and cheeses with crackers along with a musician. Complimentary breakfast with servers offered as much as you wanted with a good choice of food. I would definitely staff again.

The service and friendliness of the staff were exceptional. The evening wine social with entertainment was an excellent amenity. All of that, coupled with the historic ambiance of the property and it's environs made our vacation memorable. I'm excited to go back!
