I loved staying here & will definitely return next time I’m in Arizona. This was the perfect hotel for a long stay (stayed 1week). The suites are very clean, spacious & full sized kitchens with literally all the accessories you need/want from pots, pans, plates, etc. to cutting board, wine opener, dish soap & even a dishwasher with pods stove, oven, & full sized fridge. Tons of drawer space, big closet & the closet mirror was a nice touch. It was bigger than some studio apartments I’ve seen. Property is big but quiet & well kept. Breakfast area was nice and big breakfast selection. Room key needed to access the property which made my stay here feel safer. Staff was very friendly. Only downside was no bathroom fan. Highly recommend this property.

Bland breakfast buffet
The Hotel was great. Our room had a cooking smell from previous guest. When room was refreshed odor was gone. Very comfortable room and great location to all freeways. Only issue was the breakfast buffet had no flavor. Very bland. Good selection, but not very tasty food. Otherwise our stay would have been 5 stars. Very friendly staff and extremely fast and efficient when called.Would stay again.

Would had been a great stay but Expedia lied and said the room we booked was a in room washer and dryer and wasn’t. So we took our clothes up 2 floors to wash and dry them. Not what you like to do on vacation. Also we were charged $10 extra for parking by the hotel which wasn’t told to us upfront. Don’t book unless you contact the property directly and definitely ask if parking is free. Normally we are happy with our stays but not very much about this one. Rooms were definitely cleaned and beds very comfortable so if the pay parking doesn’t bother you or need a in room washer and dryer then this room is good other then those problems.

The room and property were really nice. It was a good location for what we needed. The pool is heated and the hot tub was a plus but the jets did not work, they just blew bubbles that soak you but absolutely no pressure what so ever.

Great place to stay
Thoroughly enjoy staying here. Close to airport but not noisy. Close to freeway so easy to get around the area. It would be nice if the breakfast area wasn’t so crowded.

The overall property was very clean, it had a good breakfast, pretty easy to get too as well! Staff was friendly. The downside which seems to be common these days is that there was no daily room cleaning or clean towels unless you ask for it! Not even a daily emptying of garbage. They were prompt though if we did ask.

Average, issues, and parking is not free
The heater in our room did not work and the employees were no help to us. When we woke up in the morning our room was 60 degrees and we had our two-year old sons with us! Further, I received a text notification that our room was ready and when I got to the lobby front desk, they said we’d have to wait another hour because check in was not unable 3pm. However, I’m a rewards member with the company and get early check Ins and they didn’t honor this, even with the text notification. Also, PARKING IS NOT FREE. Parking is misrepresented as included with your room and it is not; it’s a separate fee, $10 per day. Breakfast was okay (but horrible coffee).

Wonderful hotel.
Hotel was awesome and the staff is great very nice and accommodating, the breakfast is great a little something for every taste. Definitely will be booking every time we are in Phoenix. The whole are feels safe and inviting.

We were down in Phoenix for a medical procedure for my dad. They were very accommodating, and when my dad's medical condition took a turn for the worst, they were very sympathetic and were willing to work with me as much as possible. It was a very stressful time for me and I was grateful to not have to navigate complications with where I was going to stay.

I am a Senior, and when I asked for a bathmat for INSIDE the tub, to prevent falling, I was told that None Existed. Therefore I was unable to take a shower, which was horrible! I actually FELL in another Marriott in June, and was not about to risk that happening again. Please buy some mats!

My husband and I were visiting from Detroit and had an excellent experience at the property. The cleanliness was noticeable and the customer service was amazing! We felt at home. We were greeted promptly by a gentleman named Guillermo. Guillermo was awesome! He was very attentive, had a pleasant personality, and most of all answered all of our questions with patience and a friendly attitude. We were extremely happy to have encountered Guillermo and was happy to stay at a Marriott brand hotel. Because of Guillermo and our overall experience we plan to return to Phoenix and stay at the Residence Inn Phoenix Airport.
