Upon arrival the hotel staff said I had to pay a $25 fee for late check-in even though I tried calling the facility several times and going on the Expedia app saying we were going to be late. Then a $100 deposit which wasn’t a big deal. Then no secured doors to the hotel as all entrances had been busted where you scan the key card. The elevator seemed it was going to fall apart. Exhausted from drive tried to turn on tv but no batteries. Three of us in room with only two towels. Went to hotel desk and said they can only give me another towel between hours of 10 am and 3 pm. The batteries were an extra deposit. She was rude both times. Then had to give up the two towels we had in exchange for 3 towels the next morning. Stayed in this particular hotel for following accommodations: pool, breakfast, gym, microwave, and refrigerator. Everything was broken, closed off, or not available. Then tried to get a refund to stay somewhere else and that was impossible. We ended up staying and on day two they had roaches. By this time we are day two of four on our hotel stay and simply disappointed. We always travel with a cooler to reduce food cost but simply no fridge and had to keep buying ice. Advertised ice machine, vending machine, and laundry facilities which didn’t work either. Not only did they not have a secure hotel but they had bums with their pets hanging out in the stairwell as well as outside. At the end of our stay they didn’t want to refund the $100 deposit fee either.

The people staying there seem to be unsafe to be around. Pretty much get what you paid for. It was cheap. Just needed a place to sleep.

The carpet was peeling off the baseboards. The vanity cabinet had a price sitting on floor. No microwave no fridge. The staff was rude. And they kept my deposit of$100. Said the dirt from my boyfriend's shoeson the sheets was to much. I was willing to show it comes out but they didn't care.

We did stay a whole week. We could've stayed elsewhere but my card was already charged from day 1 with $100 deposit. And she made copies of our IDs (myself and kids), thought that was weird. There were roaches in the room and I had to leave the lights on all the time so they wouldn't come out. There were no coffee makers in the rooms or the whole building and there was no breakfast. The upside is we did have a fridge and a microwave, and a working thermostat. When I checked out, she kept $50 for having stains on the towels! (Make-up) stains from washing my face. The elevator looked like it was on its last leg and felt unsafe to use. Used it once and not again. The parking lot was dark needs more lighting.

There were bugs in my room and in the bathroom. The clientele was sketchy with a lot of homeless people around the property. One desk clerk was very good and another was completely rude and inhospitable to say the least. It's like a homeless shelter.

Clean but not worth the deposit price
I bought a suite and booking protection and when i arraived they said they had no suites and i was given a king single and when i asked of refund for the differnce in price and that i paid for booking protection she said no we cant. I got to room very clean no bugs but also no fridge no microwave no phone no lamps and alarm clock. Plus they required a 100 dollar deposit im disappointed in the service and how they had no care in my paying for suite and not getting one or refund and the lack of room amenities after sunset the one light at room entrance couldnt give enought light for whole room they dont offer enough for me to go back and give 100 deposit since they may accuse you of stealing room appliances

no mini-refrigerator or microwave in the room, no drain plugs in sink or tub, a massive amount of cosmetic work, security is lacking on fire escape doors, no on-site washer and dryer, only one ice machine which is on the third floor, interservice is non-existence and only cable TV service is in the lobby

Terrible. Don’t waste your money!
It was very dirty, stinky, and had bugs everywhere . They had to switch my room twice because the first rooms fridge, microwave, and toilet did not work. The second room was humid and smelled like mold or mildew. It was such a strong smell. The last room they switched me to the curtains had mold and there were roaches. No microwave or fridge .

Cancel on you last minute
The hotel called and cancelled our reservation not even after an hour after they charged my card. I was about 5 minutes from the hotel, they left me with no hotel hours away from home on a super busy weekend. I ended up paying double what I had budgeted and it took about a week to get my money back that they charged me. I will never book with them again.

Stay far away for your own safety
I was literally scared for my life the few minutes I was there. I went and checked out and got a refund for the remainder days I was suppose to stay. Between the pimps walking in with prostitutes and the homeless people wandering around - there was no security in the building at all. Anyone could walk in and out as they pleased. Still not sure if it was blood on my curtains or not but I got out of there as fast as I could. This hotel needs to shut its doors as it was very unclean and very unsafe to stay at.

The staff were very nice and upgraded me to a suite upon arrival just because I was there for Pride. However, the property was so disgusting inside and out. I have a video of roaches in my room... The suite room 313. I called down to the desk to let them know and they didn't care. I wasn't looking for a room change or anything, but they just said "ok." Not an apology or anything. The walls are horrid with holes, the counters were gross, the shower had standing water in it. Praise God I brought my noise machine because activity goes on everywhere. The elevator was awful and shredded. The hallways were hot as heck and moldy smelling. The common areas were poorly maintained. Smelled of heavy smoke which I don't do. The outside of the building was run down. Random people hang out around it. There's a drug trade I witnessed in the back looking down from my room window. I was asked by a African American crack head while I was leaving the hotel if I was "looking for a good time." All around OYO needs to burn it down and start again. Only bumbed it up one grade because of the staff. All else failed.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Run down, dilapidated and very dated. Everything smelled like smoke. The beds were disgusting and the property looked like it hasn’t had maintenance in decades. It was so disgusting we left and checked in to a hotel down the road.

I wouldn't start here ever again
Yes, you get what you pay for but this was worse than expected. No TV, they blamed the remotes, brought in 5 that also didn't fix it. 1 out of 3 lights worked.2 visits of them fixing that and still only 2 worked when done. No coffee, fridge, microwave, iron, blow-dryer, tissues. Tagging in the bathroom. Shampoo bottle cap stuck in sink. Ripped bedding. It says no animals but not only did we hear dogs barking in the hotel but also the front desk lady was more concerned about her cat Sapphire not getting out of the office than helping me. There was a party till 5:00 a.m. with bumping music in the room above us. Police were there at 2:00 a.m. Beds were nice and showers were nice. And some of the other workers were polite. I have pictures but it won't let me post them here I guess.

The staff member who checked us in was kind and lovely. Unfortunately when they left so did any acceptable level of service. My wife and I had questions during the night and the night staff were not knowledgeable or helpful. I left my wedding ring and another ring on the bedside table when I checked out. I called and called and called to ask the staff about it. Finally someone answered and said they would check the room. Then my call was dropped and every time I have called the front desk since it has done nothing but ring and ring and nobody bothers to pick up. So where is my wedding ring? Cleaning staff must have come across it laying open on the bedside table, so why haven't I been contacted? Lazy, bad service. The 100 deposit is a scam - you shouldn't have to pay a deposit if the place operates like an illegal halfway house with no responsibility placed on staff to answer phones or help guests.
