Our rooms don't have mold in them and we don't force our guests to stay in rooms. I checked the issue when you said something to me when you checked out. Everything was fine.

Thank you for letting us know of concerns. We have town water, and it is hard water, which contains higher traces of minerals like sulfur. It is safe to drink and bathe in despite the unpleasant smell. We are aware of the potholes and are in the process of getting it repaired.

We put out a grab and go breakfast, in which the hours are 7am to 10am.

Thank you for your review. We have looked into your issues and the shower was actually very recently replaced prior to your stay. A front desk staff member is always available during your stay for any issues that arise.

As posted throughout our hotel we are in the middle of renovations. So, the paint and woodwork will get the care you say it needs.

I understand you paid for a room with two beds but when you didnt like the smell of the room you were in (we checked into your smell issue and did NOT find any mildew or mold). The room you were was moved to, although with one bed, is a higher priced room designed to allow you to take a bath in the jetted tub and watch tv. The wall is not supposed to be there. Unfortunately, it was the only room we had available to move to you.

We are glad you think our staff is great. We all work hard to make everybody welcome and it's nice to hear we are doing a good job.

The owners of this hotel, or any workers here, do NOT leave false reviews. Our rooms are cleaned daily, as well as the rest of the hotel. We are not a hotel from a murder movie. All of our staff is professional to all of our guests. We do NOT decide how quickly once gets a refund; that is up to the bank or credit card you use to determine when they release the money.

I apologize that you did not have kleenex in your room. We do provide them and you could have asked at the front desk. The stain in your shower is just a rust stain due to the hard water in our area. We do work hard at getting the stains out but sometimes we miss a room. We will double check the room you stayed in to treat the stain.

Im sorry you felt that way about the towels and your stay. We have been investing in new towels. We are on city water, which is hard water, but we have water softeners to help with the water.

I am sorry that you felt the water smelled but it doesn't We have a water softner to help with the water If the sink was clogged all you had to do is let front desk know and we have a plunger to help with that

Im sorry that you felt the looks of our hotel was not to your likeing but it doesn't look like a horror movie. We have painted the outside .

We change shower curtains every few weeks and have not done any caulking. If you let me know what room this was i will check into the issues

We are not the only hotel in the aera I dont understand what you mean by 90 days advance because you don't have to book 90 days in advance. I am glad that our staff is excellent and i agree that they are excellent but what i don't agree with is that we don't have bed bugs. We have a pest control company that comes every month to make sure this doesn't happen All amenities are in the rooms Not all our rooms have fridges and all we have is a grab and go breakfast
