Die Lage an der Promenade ist sehr gut, die Apartments im zweiten Stock sind sehr zu empfehlen. Alles hat perfekt geklappt, Transfer vom Flughafen und nachher zur Fähre gut organisiert.

1A-Lage und Ausblick, gute Ausstattung - auch in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kleinigkeiten (Batterien im Safe schwach) wurden innerhalb von Minuten erledigt.

Ke complexe est très bien placé. L'appartement est vaste et possede de belles terrasses avec une belle vue mer. Son positionnment permet de faire de beaux footing en bird de mer. - Bien situado, cerca del paseo que lleva a la playa (hay que bajar unas escaleras), de supermercado y centro comercial. - Bien equipado, amenities y pan por las mañanas. - Muy bien la atención a la llegada (explicando normas COVID) y la comunicación vía mensajería móvil (la recepción cierra a las 14:30 h). - Difícil aparcar en la zona.

Nice quite location, very friendly staff and excellent service. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. The room cleaning on the other hand is very poor.

We had a lovely week here, there was a small problem with water supply on NewYears eve(not the fault of the hotel as it materialised) but it was sorted out quickly. Julia was a lovely host. There are amazing sunrises every morning which can be seen from the balcony and it easy to get on to the beach to do the amazing walk to Maspalomas. Thanks Julia x

Super sentralt og hyggelig :)
Utrolig koselig vertskap som er gode på språk og hjelper til med absolutt alt du kan tenke deg. Hadde leilighet på grunnplan ved bassenget. Standarden er ganske sliten både med tanke på møbler og med skeive skap og hyller. Renholdet var også dårlig. Fikk svarte sokker av å gå på gulvet og veldig støvete rundt omkring. Mulig det var på grunn av grunnplan, med åpne vinduer etc. Det har jo tross alt blåst opp en ørken utenfor døra (dunas). Det viktigste imidlertid (seng og bad) var skinnende rent, så alt i alt MEGET fornøyd.

Apartamentos bien equipados en situación inmejorab
Los apartamentos son muy completos y se encuentran en primera línea de playa. Tienen todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar y además el establecimiento deja un detalle de bienvenida. Los apartamentos son amplios y con una gran terraza. Destacaría la atención del personal que siempre trata de ponerte las cosas muy fáciles y de echarte una mano en todo lo posible.

Very friendly place. The reservation manager Julia was particularly helpful and even arranged for a very late check out to match our evening flight which was much appreciated. Apartment was spacious and well equipped to make this an easy place to spend a few days in as a home from home, Amenities are good and is conveniently located for the Beach and entertainment venues etc. Will stay again when we go back top Gran Canaria

This place hits all the marks, too bad it was only two nights. Great location with excellent views (book a room that gets the top floor). Loved the layout, two balconies so when both doors are open you get that wonderful light breeze...you definitely do not need air-conditioning (I stayed in June). The front balcony was so spacious with two chairs and a chaise,. The apartment has every little thing you could think of, even a beach umbrella. Wifi worked just fine and it was a nice touch to get a breakfast roll hung on your door every morning. There's certainly a lot of options in the area, and most are probably more modern, but I loved the solid, comfy feel and spaciousness of the unit. I didn't use the safe, the place is secure, but it's perplexing why there would be a 3-euro charge for it...everything else is included. not sure why that's the one outlier for such a minor amount. If I'm lucky enough to return to the area I won't shop around, will simply stay here again.

The safe, has an extra price because it is a service from an external company, so it is not given for free, but we will consider changing the system because the opinions of our customers are what help us improve. The apartments have begun to be renovated in the summer of 2017 but we are in high demand, we can not close a month and leave a client without their vacations. We make the reforms in small periods and we try not to disturb with noise etc.

Friendly home away from home.
Had a wonderful short beachside break. Julia was fantastic, very friendly and gave me all the information I needed. The view of the sea was beautiful and clear. The apartment was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything I needed. Well done.

The apartment was perfectly equipped for a holiday. Unfortunately there was a problem with sewage smell in the kitchen. The staff was trying hard to fix it, it got better but did not go completely. With the help of an extra electric radiator, we could keep windows open despite it was very windy.

Somewhere outside of El Paseo the town hall made some renovation of pipes and due to this the bad smell came over to us. The wind helped to force the smell. There was also a problem inside of the apartment with a tube, which we fixed now. The bad smell as gone. We hope to welcome you another time here at El Paseo and best regards

Well situated apartment handy for the beach and shops, restaurants etc. Very helpful landlady provided fresh bread, drinking water and information. Everything is well-maintained (pool area etc).

Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar. Vor einem Jahr haben wir mit der Renovierung der Wohnungen begonnen. Die Wohnungen mit Blick auf den Garten sind renoviert, und im Sommer werden wir den C-Turm komplett renovieren. Da wir Reserven für die nächsten drei Jahre haben, können wir den Komplex nicht schließen, um ihn vollständig zu reformieren, und wir müssen es so machen, dass unsere Kunden davon nicht betroffen sind. Super Aussicht und Lage. Gebäude etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Sehr nette und hilfsbereites Hotelteam. Definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.
