Hello Casey, if you read the policies section under expedia.com you will see that the room you booked is not pet friendly. That is why it took a bit longer to check you in. We had to move reservations around to try and accommodate your pet. Nor, did you communicate about your pet. Just because we have a pet area does not mean all rooms are pet friendly. The deposit is returned to the guest and is typical in the hotel industry along with a pet fee. Please let us know when you find a hotel that does not charge a pet fee. No one told you that we allow dogs for multiple nights. The room that you found an issue with no one else has yet to do date. It's very surprising that you did. It looks like yore upset about the pet issue. Please read policies section. It clearly states the room you booked was not pet friendly.
