Regarding your comments about the problems during your stay in our hotel, let us kindly to remind we advise every Guest on arrival about special direct line "0", which you can use 24 hour every day of week to avoid wasting of your time and to offer fastest solution of any questions or issues you have in the hotel. We are sorry that you did not use it and did not give us a chance to adjust your unpleasant experience. With regard to air condition, kindly inform you, that there is a central air condition system in our hotel and during the winter it works only on heating.
