Dear Guest, My name is Vicky and I am the person that did the check in. I want to apologize that I am writing to you in English, but I don't speak French. I am terrible sorry about the situation, I think it was a big misunderstanding, and I will like to take this opportunity to explain. Our front desk is open till 1 am, actually we do have 24-hour check in free of charge. The day of the check in I did ask you if you were going to come before 22:30, but not because we were closing or because we’re going to charge anything extra. If you notice, you arrive after 22:30 and nothing extra was charged. About the deposit, also I think it was a misunderstanding, I really understood that you wanted to leave the apartment at 5 am and that is why I asked the security person to drop it at that time. And definitely not because I wanted you to be out of the apartment at that time. About the hidden costs, I think we are quite transparent about them. We do indicate in the description of the apartment that an extra cost of 40 euros will be charged at the check in location for the cleaning service. And we do not charge extra if you use a towel or stain the bed sheets. The paper that was given at the check does indicate the prices of this items, but those prices are if you require any extra items. Not the ones provided in the apartment. The coffee, we leave 6 capsules free of charge so you have something to start your stay. We do leave some extra in case you want to buy them. I apologize for the clogged toilet. I really had no idea you had issues with it. I haven’t heard from you, after the check in. And much less wanted to indicate that you were using the toilet situation for your money. I wish I could have know about situation and could have asked the security person to come by and try to fix the toilet. Please accept my apologies for the situation.
