This was one of the best! Clean, bathroom was fully equipped with everything I needed. Breakfast was top notch. Friendly staff and I loved the gift bag with water and snack and the mints in the room. Thank you for making me feel welcome,

Staff was kind enough to let us check in early. We were there for R&R before a medical procedure but didnt get either. Hotel is doing renovations which we didnt know at booking. There was loud banging from check in until after 7. Then we were woken up by a call at 9:45 from the front desk claiming we were slamming doors. We were all sleeping and now two adults and a 2 year old are awake for an unnecessary disturbance.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The hotel was the best I've been to ever. Staff was super friendly and accommodateing Especially the breakfast attendant. We will definitely return for another stay. m

The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. My kids loved swimming in the pool (which was really nice) and running around in the beautiful brick courtyard. We will definitely be back again!

It was just okay. Stayed for one night on our trip home from traveling. The room was quite dusty and there were some stains on the sheets. Found a centipede in the bathroom, too.

We arrived at the property by 4pm. The front desk person gave us a room on the 1st floor near the storage closet and the dining area. As soon as we walked in the room we walked out and asked if we could have another room and she stated they were fully booked. The parking area was empty 😒😡. We were afraid to sleep. The beds were horrible and the frames were sticking out. The rug was filthy with stains, the chair and couch in the room we didn’t even sit on them because how filthy they were. The refrigerator area was horrible! I could tell that room wasn’t cleaned properly. Don’t stay! Look for other places in Latham!!

The only reason we gave an average rating for cleanliness and property condition is because there were renovations on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors and the dust could be felt all the way to the 1st floor. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is good for travelers. We were near the highway which was convenient for our road-trip.

Holiday Inn Latham
Since October 2023 I have stayed at at least 12 hotels in NY and NJ and this has been by far the best. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay, great service!
The family had a great time. Sedik was great at the front desk. Provided awesome service. Our room was spacious for the kids and had a nice large bathroom and very clean overall.

Not clean at all.
At the very least, my expectation of a hotel room is cleanliness. This place was gross. We were only there for a quick 12 hours, but that was too long. The toilet was filthy, there was orange mold in the shower, and there were spider webs in corners. It made me even more concerned about what I couldn’t see. The entire place reeked of curry to the point of us smelling like that when we left, and it was clear there were people who had been living there for the smell to get that bad. I’m not sure what criteria makes a room a suite, but a tiny bar sink and minuscule counter does not make it a suite, in my opinion. On top of this, there was someone stomping up and down either next to us or above us all night long. You could feel them walking, it was so loud. I will never, ever stay in that hotel again, nor will I recommend anyone to stay there. This was the only place within 30 minutes of our holiday destination that was available, but next time I’ll just drive 40 minutes instead.

Great stay
We stayed because of the proximity to our Christmas party and all the employees were excellent and kind. The hotel was very quiet and the rooms had everything we needed. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had during a stay.

The rooms were not comfortable. Nowhere to put your luggage to be conveniently access. Construction going on even at night we had to tell the front desk to have them stop. It was so loud in our room. The food in the restaurant downstairs is awful and they should probably clean the lines to the beer kegs. The bear had a funny taste to it. The coffee was cold the next morning.

Came down with 6 children to let them swim. Added an extra day from home just to give them more time to swim to only find out WHEN WE ARRIVED that the pool was closed!!!!! No notification on site or when I called to secure suite!!!!! Breakfast next morning was HORRIBLE! Everything was old and a new employee didn’t even know how to load the pancake machine😡Kids were upset . View was overloaded garbage dumpster with garbage bags all over ground around it! Will NEVER book there again

Very disappointing!
My last name was misspelled, the hotel room was not very clean. There’s a charge pending on the credit card I used to book the room when a different card had already paid for it when we arrived. By far the worst holiday inn express yet. Also booked this months in advance and asked for a room on the top floor. That was not honored nor explained why.

The bed and pillows were great. There were also 2 comfortable chairs. The included breakfast was better than those at some other places we’ve stayed. We would stay here again!

This property was reasonably priced and was in the vicinity of where we needed to travel. The continental breakfast was a nice perk. Everyone loved the cinnamon rolls!

There were bugs in our room, stains all over, not enough towels, front desk was rude and acted bothered when we called to tell them we needed another room due to bugs. Had to move my kids at 11pm at night to a room with 1 bed and a chair
