Nothing but good location
Nothing but good access to downtown. If you are looking for a room nearby many restaurant and shipping area, should be fine. Otherwise, better not. Old service apartment + hotel... It was early Nov. and I couldn't make my room warm enough.

要不是美签千万别住！
地点好，美签附近就这一家。房间贵，差，走廊霉，旧，加床等了二小时服务态度极差。后来加的床是两头高中间低的钢丝小折叠床。要不是早上美签决不住。

サービスかなり悪い
部屋はリビングとベッドルームに分かれており、キッチンもあるなどいい作るではあるが、いかんせんソフト・サービス面がひどい。 フロントはろくに英語も喋らない、タクシーは呼ばない、鍵はカードであなく金属のキーを渡す、喫煙したいというとノンスモーキングルームで吸えとすすめてくる。 Wifiは非常に低速、トイレットペーパーはない、エレベーターはおしっこくさい。

ホテルが改装中なのか？廊下には廃材が置かれカーペットもボロボロ、部屋の中の設備もボロボロでした。
部屋はアパートメントを意識したミニキッチンなど！置かれていましたが、設備はボロ使いたくない印象です。スタッフもホテルと言える人材ではなく、英語ももちろん通じません。

不近地鐵站，交通不便利
房間的床另一邊係陷左落去，張床都不平衡。 酒店當時話有部分房間需升級做裝修，我們房間就係隔離，7AM就開始裝修，好滋擾。 冇就近的地鐵站，起碼要行15分鐘以上先會搵到地鐵站

Great location, good facilities
This hotel is on the corner of Shaanxi and the major shopping street of Nanjing (West Nanjing metro station is probably the closest or the Jing An temple one, both on Line 2). It's a great location centred between 2 giant malls and lots of restaurants within 10 mins walking radius. The only thing for the hotel is that the place looks like it was spectacular about 10 years ago, and then let go. Still definitely acceptable, but with stained carpets, scuffed walls and furniture and some peeling paint, it's clearly in need of a decent reno.

Hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt
The carpets in the room were filthy, furniture distressed and my bathroom flooded. I couldn't even use the gym because the elevators wouldn't go to that floor. Horrible worse than 3rd world Wifi. All in all, terrible experience.

便利な場所にあるけど、、、
南京西路と静安寺の間にあり、場所は便利。最近改装して名前が変わり、質も変わった。室内は改装後のためか、非常にほこりっぽく、空調を入れたら、さらに最悪。もう泊まりたくない。

Stayed in Executive Suite. Internet nearly not existing and not in the room, cooling only when claimed and it was closed down during night, cleaning not existing.

Die Lage des Hotels ist zweifelsfrei perfekt und auch das Personal war sehr freundlich, sprach sogar gut englisch. Allerdings ist das Hotel ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, was auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen war. Glücklicherweise gibt es Bäckereien in der Nähe, denn zum Frühstück werden billige eingeschweißte Sandwiches gereicht. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt zwar in Ordnung, allerdings wurde eindeutig zu viel versprochen, außerdem ist der Preis trotz Lage so nicht gerechtfertigt.

Pathetic service and condition of hotel
Pathetic service of staff.. Room floor is really dirty, the corridor smells like cigerrette, no security at all the fake goods seller approached me till the hotel lobby and those standing and watching.. I pity because the location is so strategic and attractive that a better service will mint money for the hotel.

Nice Hotel
This was my second stay here in as many months. It's a nice hotel with a great location, but for the price, it should be better. $100 USD and the room was much smaller than before and the carpets were filthy. So, much so my guest commented and I was afraid to walk on it without shoes. Like the last time, the AC wasn't adjustable much and the Internet was slow to being unless, but at least they had free internet this time.

房間隔音蠻好的，配套也還可以。但沒有吹風機，需要叫客服送。結果第二天一早來敲門，問我用完了沒有，其他客人要用。我的天、真是汗顏！這樣的服務，基本水平都不達到。

The pictures of the hotel and rooms on the website are very misleading. The rooms are desperately in need of renovation. The pictures on the website would suggest that they have already been renovated, which is not the case.

色々なコメント以上に不快なところですした。唯一良いのは場所のみ。 ホテルの電話番号は間違えてるし、夜フロントは不在がちだったり、エアコンは不調だったりで最悪でした。 それよりもこのサイトも現地のホテル状況を良く調べて掲載してもらいたいです。 ホテルと同等にエクスペディアも最悪と言うことで締めくくります。

上海知ってるなら問題なし。
ビジネスや旅行で上海に行ったことある人ならお勧めです。この場所でこの値段はお得です。 地下鉄や食事、按摩、コンビニなど困りません。ただフロントは簡単な英語しか通じない 中国のホテルです。 ただアバウトなのも中国のいい点ですので、私は「空いてるなら上のほうのいい部屋にしてください」 とお願いしたらしてくれました。

Hotel is ok voor zakelijk gebruik kom daar nu al een aantal jaren maar het onderhoudt laat te wensen over. Hotel moet voorzien worden van een lik verf nieuwe meubels in de kamer en vervanging vloerbedekking. Lucht behandeling kamer matig maar dat is ongeveer in alle grote hotels

Très bien situé, pas cher pour l'emplacement, mais un peu défraîchit (notez que l'hôtel est en rénovation présentement alors ça s'améliorera peut-être). Personnel peu dévoué, mais ok.

Good location, do not use the map
Nice Hotel, the German Bar is rather good. Hard beds indicate that this is Chinese managed, the "rooms" are each small suites with good cooking facilities, excellent for longer business stays, so long as you like hard beds! As is sadly normal in China the HOTELS map is useless, always check the address and ignore the map, this time it was wrong by about 1 Kilometre. Good value Hotel, very close to good facilities.

地下鉄２号線「南京西路」からも徒歩圏内で、動くのに便利な立地。１Fロビーに両替ATMがあるので、人民元両替も便利です。

Great location, terrible hotel
This hotel is located at the center of Shanghai, very convenient for everything I need. However, my experience with this hotel is simply the worst I have ever had. Dirty carpet, outdated room lacking maintence, room is also very small for a superior suite I booked. The worse thing is that the people working there simply just don't care about their guests. I checked in late at night myself with two huge suitcases, as a lady I am expecting the door man to give me a hand, however, he just stared at me nonchalant, and I drag my bags all by myself to the elevator. Staff naver smiled at me during my two days' stay. Feel so disappointed.

Convenient hotel
I've stayed at this hotel on an off for the last 10 years or so, firstly when it was the Tai Ping Yang (Grand Pacific), then Central View Suites and now as Golden Tulip. Its not the most luxurious in the area, but for the money its good. Some of the décor is getting aged, especially in the bathrooms, but if you want an informal, relaxed stay, then I'd recommend this hotel. Ask for a room on the back of the hotel, as Shaanxi Bei Lu and Nanyang Lu can be noisy

La habitación mas mala de todas las reservadas a través de Hotels.com, y por mucho que el precio fuera muy bueno para lo que es la zona centro, preferiría haber pagado mas....algo malo tenía que tener un precio tan competitivo. Habitación sucia y hotel en sí muy descuidado, así como la calidad del desayuno.

ビジネスホテルとして割り切るなら。
立地条件は決して悪くありませんが、だからと言って近くに有名な観光施設がらあるというわけでもありません。 ブランド品ブティックが密集したショッピングエリアです。 都心のビジネスホテルとして割り切って泊まるのであれば、ありでしょう。 今回は25階の部屋でしたが、都心部プラス、窓のガラスが非常に薄い為、外部からの騒音がひどいです。2階に泊まってるような感じで音が入ってきます。朝や夕方の交通混雑時はクラクションやバスの音で眠れません。部屋で仕事の電話をしていると、今外にいるの？と聞かれるほどでした。せっかくの高層階なのに残念でした。 ベッドはとても硬いです、ルーム係りに言わなければ、シーツの交換もありません。 出張ならギリ許せますが、家族連れや、カップルで泊まるには絶対noです。 上海出張歴10年近くになりますが、下位に入るホテルです。
