The staff was extremely nice and friendly, but the hotel was dirty, inside and out. Was a non smoking room that had clearly been smoked in and had cigarette burns on countertops and tables. Outside in the parking lot there were people doing drugs and stuff littered throughout.

This property is absolutely disgusting. The lobby area by the elevator smelled like urine. The hallways stank really bad. Our bed had 2 pullows that were absolutely worthless. They were really flat. I doubled mine up. There was a roach in our bathroom sink. The room was missing the baseboards/molding. There were no doors on the cabinets in the room. The room and hotel both, looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website. Unless you're hard up, DO NOT stay here.

This property is disgusting and should not even be listed on this site! The front desk closes at 6 on the weekends as soon as you walk in the lobby it smells like death! The staff was not friendly. I had to call to get someone to come check me in and they acted like I was disturbing them. The elevator was dirty the floors were dirty. The only thing in the room that appeared clean was the sheets! The fridge stove the tub even the walls in the room were dirty had stuff all over them. We literally just slept there and barely did that because I was afraid something would crawl on me we didn’t even shower I left and went to another hotel and paid to use a room to get ready! This place was the worst hotel I have ever been in!

There was construction, rooms were unfinished, fridge was rusty, bed linens gross. I do not stay there. I stayed somewhere else.

Run away!! Choose a different hotel!
Worst hotel stay!! Room was very unclean. Towels are not cleaned during your stay or the sheets. If you want them cleaned its an extra charge. My safety was very questionable. I left early and went to another hotel. They offer no refunds.

The manager was very friendly and caring. She tried her best, but you can only do so much with what you are given. The concept of the rooms was good. I killed 3 roaches in 30 seconds after turning on the light. The bathtub was dirty and so were the sheets. They moved me to another room. It was cleaner. I picked up the pillows and found one in a nasty dirty cover. After checking the sheets and I had lain down, I noticed the spread was dirty. I don't like giving bad reviews. I am putting this down to good people working in a bad position.

Has a kitchenette but no dishes or pans. It smells horrible of pet urine. I’ve stayed in a lot of places nothing compares to the smell. I wouldn’t pay to stay there again

Not worth the money
Not worth the money. The pictures make it look way nicer but this hotel is very basic and very uncomfortable. No lamp on the side table. No doors on the kitchen cabinets. No recliner/comfy chair, just a basic metal frame chair. The cleanliness was OK I guess.

I won't stay here again
I had to move to different room due a very bad odor smell in the room, pretty sure it was mold. The other room wasn't much better. I lost $130 worth of groceries from the freezer stop working, after telling the staff for over 24 hours that my food wasnt staying frozen. The carpet in the room was GROSS and also smelled disgusting!! The ceiling in the bathroom also leaked so much that our bathroom floor was soaked. The towels/wash clothes were always stained. The hallways always smelled like Marijuana and even came through our air conditioning vent. It's a smoke free environment, or so we thought since the staff mentioned it was and theres signs saying so. I have 3 small children and was definitely not okay with that. I mentioned it to the staff- they seemed to not care, but I guess thats what happens when every staff member lives on sight at the property. We were also told that we didn't pay for nights that we did pay for and were facing eviction, although we showed proof that it was, indeed, paid up. The staff made us pay for 2 nights extra on top of the nights we already paid for!! Then took 3 weeks to give us a decision and refused a refund. Also refused reimbursement for the lost food and all of the other troubles we faced while there. The laundry facility was horrible. Half the time the machines didn't work and when they did, I had clothes that were damaged. New clothes, at that. Tar, grease/oil stains. None of which we are around. The keys to our room always deactivated

I understand the place was starting to remodel but over all is a complete dump, room smelled awful, room was dirty and had roaches and bugs in it, would like to get my money back if I could, staff was friendly but that was the only good experience, will definitely not stay there again

the rooms were filthy and all the carpets were stained the cabinet doors were missing. the sheets had some kind of blue stains on them. The hallways smelled horrible. That place should be condemned! It is too bad such a fantastic staff works in such a terrible place.

This property was perfect for a long term stay. The full kitchen was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that there was no bedding or towels in the room when I first arrived, but other than that I had a perfect stay.

There were stains all over the sheets, blood drops on the bathroom walls and floor, and only one towel in the room which had hair and dirt on it.

room was not ready when I arrived. I arrived at 9:40pm and room was not ready till 11:25pm. staff worked and got a room ready but I had a reservation and had driven all day and was very tired. had problems with door and key. had to get staff to help me. cleaning lady helped me 1 time and she said its the door. the lady who worked nights very nice and friendly had nice smile.

After driving over 10 hrs to check in i was told my room wasn’t ready and come back and hr plus later. Mind you, it was already 2 hrs past check in. Rooms were nasty. Splatters on wall. Floor felt sticky. Bedding had hair - i ended up buying my own. But i guess you get what you pay for. Cheap = not so pleasant

Kitchen with no utilities. You must bring your own or rent from hotel. Bed with medal frame and mattress that is similar to a rollaway bed. Very, very uncomfortable. I would never recommend this hotel.

Worse Hotel ever
It was horrible they tried charging me for internet that we never called and ordered and they had no type of locked doors at night for the first 4 days and we had other guest calling our room for an employee to smoke dope we contacted the front desk and they what can we do about it. Then they come to the door saying that they were alerted to us smoking in room but and they didn’t didn’t have toilet paper trash bags nothing we had to go out and buy our own

The front desk receptionist was half asleep and gave us the key to room that was already by occupied. We walked in to find personal items form the guess all over the floor. When we went back downstairs she did not even apologized for the mix up. The new room reeks of nicotine and bad times. We will never hook this hotel again!!!

Thin walls we had talkers all around us late and early morning while that's with any hotel but some actually have insulation in the walls. Moldy shower curtain, mold in shower wall corners. Flat pillows, only 2 no extra available Front desk super slow at check in, approx 15 min with a reservation is too slow. Super tiny towels for shower like they are barely hand towel size, no wash rag. Shower floor towel had large brown stain. Hand soap was powered looked like it was replaced in the plastic after being used.--There was another that was sealed but still gross to be left in a room. Random Aveeno bottle left in shower. Plastic melted on burner if you had wanted to cook that would have been bad. Hairs all over tables. Air-conditioning really loud and kicks on and off with an extra loud rattle. I understand you get what you pay for sometimes but mold and and tiny towels and flat pillows are just sad at any price.

The outside is very run down. The inside is dark and dank. The room stunk and the furniture totally outdated. Bedspread and sheets were not clean. I refused to stay there and told them to refund my money. Had to find a different hotel for my stay. WoodSpring should be shut down.

I was not given a choice of what floor to be on and that is important when you are a disabled veteran. The room smelled like cigarettes ,the sink in the bathroom held water and the drain handle was not functioning. The AC unit was blowing out mold like air i ended up opening the window for fresh air. The carpet was every dirty. It also appeared the the cabinets for the kitchen area had been removed as in lt was a skeleton of one. Next time im in the area i will not stay here. I'll spend a litte extra money.

Horrible place to stay!!!!!!!
Worst place I have ever stayed the manager should be ashamed. Start with as soon as we walk in the building it took 3 times to program the cards to even let us in the hotel from the lobby. Then we are allowed in and enter our room and right off the room smells like urine it was bad!! Then the bed spread was dirty, the walls had something black on them. My son had removed his shoes and said the floor is sticky. Sure enough the carpet was sticky.  There is food stuck to the wall around the trash can. The top cabinets did not have doors. The fridge did not seem as if it had ever been wiped off. An electrical on the other side of the room was badly damaged. Duct tape on the door. Towels were dirty. Then the beds were rock hard and walls were paper thin. If it wasn't for the fact that it was already late when we arrived and had to be up for my son's procedure at the nearby hospital so early we would have thrown a fit at the front desk.  We have pictures of all the issues.

Manager gave away our double bed rooms. Assuming there were couples staying in the rooms. Which we were not. Stains on sheets and pet hair everywhere. Will NEVER stay here again.
