L'hôtel est facile à trouver. Chaque chambre dispose d'une place de parking situé juste devant la chambre. La chambre était spacieuse, bien équipée avec réfrigérateur, tv gd écran et micro ondes. La connexion wifi était bonne. Le petit déjeuner américain est correct. L'hôtel est vieillissant et mériterait d'être rafraîchi car il dispose d'un très bel espace piscine.

This property is vey dirty! There were roaches and huge stains on the beds! And the staff was very unprofessional! We changed room and it was worse!

Lots of problems with room keys, have to go everytime to get them activated. The microwave didnt work plus i found q bug in my bed...super bad experience.

I made reservations for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. I got to the hotel they told me they didn't have any rooms available with queen beds, I asked for a king bedroom she told me yes they did, when I got to the room it was 2 double beds whats the point in making reservations ahead of time if I cant get what I need

Nothing i was there 5 minutes and turned the light on switch shorted out when i went to the desk to have change us to another room she only wanted to put us upstairs with no elevator for a disabled man to try climb stairs not cool we reserved a handicap room they gave it to someone else thy gave us a smelly room that had no accomadation for disable

First, I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied. I got moved to another room that looked like if was going through renovations and it was dusty, the sheets had cigarette burn marks & the beds are uncomfortable and stiff. I had stayed at this property twice before last year and never had any issues. Whoever the new management is clearly doing a terrible job. I only stayed because it was Thanksgiving night and was too tired to find some place else…

Needs updating. One light in bathroom only worked part of the time, no ice bucket, stains on carpet, cigarette burn holes in sheets, sheer curtains were shredded, left for the day and our room keys did not work upon return, had to have tickets for the free breakfast, limited options and the hot food did not look good, muffins and bagel were dry.

Poor management and communication
Had difficulty checking in. Had to provide a 50.00 cash deposit for damages. Checked out at 0730. Was told i have to wait till 0900 so housekeeping can approve my 50.00 damage deposit. I don't have time to wait . Had to argue to get my refund. I can't be held hostage to get my money. NEVER AGAIN.

The staff was very efficient & quick to respond to any request. Our room was clean & everything worked. The pool area was clean and the pool itself is great - very big, with a "deep" end. Breakfast was good. The dining room staff, housekeeping and Charlene did a wonderful job during our stay.

Great price, dove soap / shampoo / conditioner was good surprise in room. My room faced the pool and was nice to see families using it. I would def stay here again.

I am a frequent customer to this hotel. I visit home often to see my kids and always book here. The cleanliness is always an issue but taken care of immediately when i report to front desk. The cleaning staff need to think about how they would like to live if staying at a hotel. Clean as if they were staying there, not sub par. Otherwise, my stays are always pleasant, relaxing, and comfortable.

The facility is an older facility and is a great place to stay if you're on a budget. The shower needs to be cleaned better. There was mildew in the grout. The door hinges had spray lubricant applied and the worker didn't clean up behind their work. It looked like rust. The bed was very comfortable and the Tv was nice.
