This was a great hotel. We went on a backpacking trip and needed somewhere to leave our luggage for 4 days. They were so wonderful and stored our bags until we returned from our trip. There are lots of useful resources within walking distance (Target, Costco, Restaurants). The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We love the rooms and only choose your hotel , but this last time in Bozeman we got our room keys and when we opened our room we scared the heck out of the couple that was occupying it. It was fixed and we were giving the right room but it was not a pleasant experience.

The heat/air unit in my room made a very loud banging noise when it was running. I hardly slept. The manager offered a $50 credit for my 3 night stay, the whole trip should have been comped. There were no other rooms available at the property to move too and the other local hotels were full too, or I would have left and stayed somewhere else. The carpet in the room was stained in multiple areas and felt dirty. This is an older property that needed an upgrade years ago. Definitely not what I expected from a IHG property.

This room was getting old in the tooth. Dingy. Didn't smell quite 'right.' Big stains on the carpeting. Long black hairs in the sink when I got there (I have a buzz cut). One of the washcloths was crumpled up on the bathroom counter when I walked in.
