샤워부스가 막혀서 사용을 하지 못했어요. 사람을 불러 뚫기는 했지만 도로 또 바로 막히더라고요.... 다른 점은 괜찮았었지만 이 한가지가 많이 아쉽습니다.

위치가 굿!
패딩턴역에서 그리멀지않고 위치도 좋았어요. 조식도 종류가 많은 편은 아니었지만, 나쁘지않았습니다. 직원들도 친절했어요. 수영장이 있어서 이곳으로 정했는데 시간이없어서 이용하지 못했네요.
맛있었어요.

Loved it
I've stayed in the hotel for 8 days since I was visiting my friends in London. The managers are all very welcoming and caring. They always greeted me with smiles no matter what. It was lovely to stay in this place for 8 days. I enjoyed the facilities too!

런던 시내에서 히드로 공항 가기 편한 호텔
패딩턴 역에서 도보 5분 이내라 가깝고 호텔 주변이 새로 개발되어 깨끗합니다. 20분 정도 걸으면 하이드파크도 나와서 산책하기도 좋습니다. 객실 관리상태나 서비스도 양호하지만 굳이 아쉬운 점을 꼽자면 USB 콘센트가 없다는 점입니다.

TUBE역으로 나오면 적당한거리이며, 열차역으로 나오면 생각보다 가깝지 않음 주변은 새로 조성된 거리로 적당한 식당 등이 있지만 많지는 않음 사무지역으로 조용함 호텔 자체는 얼마되지 않은것 같고, 깨끗함. 조식도 나쁘지 않고, 가격대비 적당한 시설임 패딩턴 주변에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 가격이 적당하고, 시설도 적당한 호텔이었음

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Unschlagbar ist die Lage des Hotels für für Kurztrips mit dem Flieger über London Heathrow und dann mit dem Heathrow Express nach Paddington Station, insbesondere bei frühen Rückflügen. Außerdem ist das Restaurant und die Bar im Hotel, genauso wie das Frühstück zu empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit beim Gästewechsel hätte etwas besser sein können. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Great location near Paddington station (6-8 minute walk depending on which way you go) for train / tube links to airport and the city. Very friendly and helpful staff, seamless check in which i was thankful for due to our 8pm arrival!. Room size perfect for myself and daughter ( twin beds). Turned off the air-con completely as otherwise far to warm for us. Comfy beds! Window could only be opened slightly but it worked ok for us, noise from the railway minimal even with window open. I think we were too tired to care after our busy days in London. Didnt understand why the toilet (which was separate) didnt have a sink for washing hands. Either a sink is needed or the toilet should be incorporated into the bathroom. Bath and seperate shower which was good and a rarity in many other hotels. Breakfast - great selection. Especially enjoyed the "English breakfast" and my daughter the pancakes. We reserved the pool but ended up cancelling it due to other plans so cant comment on that. On the whole, i would recommend this hotel and would return again too! Thanks for everything! 👍

Sehr gute Unterkunft für eine Städtereise. Zimmer sauber, Frühstück gut, sehr freundliches Personal, Lage sehr gut erreichbar von allen zentralen Punkten in der City und Heathrow, trotz Gleisnähe keine Lärmbelästigung. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!

Um beim Check-In zu beginnen: Francesco war außerordentlich hilfsbereict und freundlich. Insgesamt waren wir vom Personal sehr angetan. Auch die Ausstattung des Hotels war optisch sehr ansprechend. Einzig die Zimmer und Flure bräuchten wieder etwas Aufmerksamkeit. Bei einem stark frequentierten Hotel in perfekter Lage in London ist das auch nicht verwunderlich.

Family friendly modern hotel with nice little pool
Helpful staff - made our children feel welcome. Modern hotel. Quiet location. Great buffet breakfast. Lovely pool and sauna, small and needs booking but great condition.

since it is my first trip to UK, I will compare this hotel to the ones in America which I had more experience with. Pros: close to Paddington Station. 15 min to Heathrow airport via Heathrow express. Easy commute to all major attractions. There are grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants within walking distance. Nice and well-lit (Christmas decorations) Neighborhood. Staff was helpful. Nice breakfast in the hotel. Cons: The room is at most a 3-star, if not a 2.5-star hotel room by US standard. Small. Sheets, pillows, towels, shower products are very basic. There are hairs on the floor and on the sheets. Sheets had a unique smell which I did not know what it was. Overall, my family had a good stay.
