Cape Cod 지역은 성수기때는 워낙 호텔 사정이 좋지 않습니다. Four Points 는 그 중 그래도 괜찮은 호텔로, 위치가 특히 좋습니다. 특별한 정취가 있는 지역에 있는 것은 아니지만, 도로 가운데 있어서 주변으로 놀러가기 편하고, 특히 해변으로 놀러가기 아주 편합니다. 저희는 p-town에서 놀다가 저녁에 이 쪽으로 와서 자고 다음 날 주변 해변으로 놀러다녔는데 꽤 괜찮았습니다. 호텔도 나쁘지 않고, 특히 in door pool이 괜찮습니다. 하지만! 가격에 비해서는 아주 별로 입니다. 많이 지저분한 편이고 아침 식사 레스토랑도 별로 입니다. 그냥 해변에 놀러다닐 생각이시라면, 그리고 좋은 Inn을 잡지 못했다면 괜찮은 선택이라 생각합니다.

I live in Eastham but I really wanted to bring my cousin swimming for her birthday so we rented a room for the night. The staff were very friendly and great! It was sad that the hot tub was not in use but other than that it is a pretty good stay. I would say it's definitely pricey, but that's everywhere on Cape nowadays.

Management needs to pay attention to cleaning. The shower, floor, and all the surrounding areas were dirty. The carpet was filthy; they didn't even vacuum it properly. At least the bed sheets and towels were clean. for the price it was too expensive.

Room was pretty clean. Linens and pillows need some work. Dirty duvet with stains. Pool area is very loud if you want quiet, do not get a room by pool.

There was no heat in the pool area so it was freezing and there were SEVERAL leaks all around the building. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Bed was terribly uncomfortable, mattress very soft needs to be replaced. Pillow were basically nonexistent. We stacked them, folded them, and tried rolling them up but they were useless. We were on the Cape for a family Christmas gathering and had three rooms at this hotel for family members. Everyone had the same experience. We were woken during the night several times with doors slamming in the hall outside our room and on with noise from the pool area which sounded like someone in or around the pool after hours being chased out by a hotel employee. We have stayed at this hotel as a family for years, even before the renovation and it is extremely doubtful even given convenience of the close proximity to family who are Harwich residents that we will be back again for Thanksgiving and Christmas next year.

We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod for one night last week. We have stayed here multiple times in the past, and this visit was just perfect for us. It was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, we were able to utilize the Charge Point station to charge our EV. One thing we really like about this property is the lack of damp/moldy/mildewy smell, which is common in many hotels/motels on Cape Cod. It's conveniently located right on Route 6 in Eastham, with easy access to Orleans and the Mid-Cape as well as the Outer Cape.

Hotel has a very warm comfortable feeling. Indoor pool area is among the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Easy parking and easy location However we were given a handicapped room that I didn’t book. Room was great except I felt I was using something someone else with the need may have needed. Also we were in a group attending a function and because I booked through Expedia we weren’t able to get rooms closer together which may explain why we got a handicapped room. Small inconvenience but inconvenient nevertheless

Nice place / not enough staff
Staff was great! Nice clean Hotel. Pool was closed and that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Hotel Pub was closed, another reason we chose the hotel. Again, the staff there was great, but the hotel needs to staff it better.

I can’t really speak for the whole property because I only stayed in my room for the one night, but it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The room smelled so strongly of stale cigarettes that it gave me a headache. The bathroom shower was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, not to mention there was a spider living in the corner. There was a dead fly on the bed when I pulled the covers back. And for some strange reason there was a giant window that looked out into an indoor hallway to the pool. It was a quick overnight stay for work, and I could not leave fast enough in the morning. Will not stay again or recommend to anyone.

We stayed in August for one night. For over $500 a night, you receive a positively average experience. Ridiculously overpriced. There is an unusually wide gap between the door and the floor so you can hear virtually every noise emanating from the hallway. The overflow hole in the sink was full of black mold.

The service was not good considering the cost of the room. They were supposed to clean the room every other day but didn’t clean it at all. We had to get our own towels and toilet paper. On the day we checked out they were knocking on the dour at 8 am to clean the room.

They gave us room right next to their laundry room, super noisy with washer and dryers. At check in the guy was very bored and unpleasant, couldn’t even bother to smile.

Online pictures showed what appeared to be a restaurant. Sign on building said they had a bar and grill restaurant. They didn't. Awoke this morning to no hot water. Had to call front desk to be informed of an issue with a gas line in the area. Not the hotel's fault, but they should have informed me of the problem.

The property appears newly renovated, however, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The sheets smelled absolutely foul. None of the reusable bottles of soap, shampoo, or conditioner were replenished.
