We found Capri Waters to be very clean and comfortable and well appointed for the price with great amenities. It was unfortunate that we struck a period where the Authorities had drained the lake to deal with the Egeria weed issue however that is totally understandable too. We would happily recommend this property and will be looking forward to our next stay.

Amazing all round.
The stay was amazing. The room was huge, clean and had everything we need. The view from our room was awesome. We even saw turtles and fish in the lagoon from our balcony. The best thing about Capri Waters are your staff. Wow we cannot thank you enough for the fantastic, helpful caring service we recieved whilst staying here. We will be frequent visitors.

Great location. Walking distance to everthing required. Beautiful views over lake from lovely sunny balcony. Excellent clean outdoor facilities for ypung and old. Huge fully equipped modern units. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing getaway.

Walking distance to Main Street and clubs.
Only had a short stay of 2 days.. very spacious apartment with view of lake.. only downer was road noise early morning. However relocated to second bedroom away from road second night and no problems with noise. Lots of guests there at time and had no problems with them!! Will go back definitely!!

Check out the view!
always enjoy staying here. Nice view of lake and undercover parking and boat mooring is great especially when it's 44 degrees Celcius.

Came here for our 30th Wedding Anniversary as this is where we came for our honeymoon. After all this time, found complex still lovely and room freshly decorated and clean. Everything needed was supplied. Pool sparkling...

Lovely place to stay
Very nicely located on the edge of Lake Mulwala. Good size balcony with great views of the lake. Only problem was located next to highway and very poor sound insulation. Traffic an all night and very noisy, not much sleep.

Great location nice apartment but bedroom is facing main road that made sleeping impossible and im not a light sleeper. Therefore had to sleep on the sofa bed

Great place to stay with the family
Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Close to everything. Pool, Mini golf, tennis, canoeing - and that's just at the resort !

Unable to access resort activities
Very unhappy that our family were unable to access the resort activities (canoeing, mini golf & tennis courts) as reception was not open after 2pm.

Stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments and it was extremely comfortable. Great that it was self-contained so we could prepare our own breakfasts. Plenty of room for all to sit comfortably and the balcony was lovely in the afternoon which sipping on some bubbles.

Location, Location, Location
Great location on Lake Mulwala. Excellent dining out options (the seafood platter at the Yarrawonga Hotel is a must) and numerous coffee shops. General shopping is also very good. A great base for heaps of touristy things to see and do in the North East, especially the wineries in Rutherglen and the King Valley, and learning about the history of the region.

Nice apartments close to clubs & lake .
We had a nice stay here , the apartment is clean & spacious . The staff are nice & friendly , you can cook if you want . The shower was one of the best l have seen & used , it was very big & very nice . The swimming pool is nice , but the weather was no good for a swim . We walked to 2 of the clubs , having a underground carpark is a good thing to have . We had alot of mosquitos outside our room at the front door & all over our car , but apart from that we had a comfortable stay here .

Loved the hotel. All that you could ask for. Only problem the room smelt of cooked breakfast rather than a nice pleasant welcome smell. I would suggest to cleaners to spray some nice air freshner spray to welcome all guests into their new room.

Great location, all the amenities you need
Could leave the car there and easily walk into Yarrawonga. Very comfortable and roomy accomodation for the 5 of us. Kids loved all the activities on site.

Great position but if in 2 bedroom very noisy you can also hear the people in above apartment if on lower floor our apartment was not clean very disappointed the cups in kitchen dirty also bathroom floor the staff were great though and no electric blankets not good in winter

Spacious Apartment with everything you need
Even though we only spent 3 nights it was a wonderful place to stay. Had everything you could want. Very clean, modern and spacious apartment with great view over the lake. Staff on arrival were great and very helpful.

Loved the position on the water.
The only drawback I could find was that the verandahs were not private at all from your next door neighbours. Maybe some sort of privacy screen? But apart from that everything you could want was supplied and the staff were very friendly.

Lovely week bye the lake
We had a wonderful week holiday. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Our only complaint is that my wife who was sleeping in the maim bedroom,was awakened during the night with a noise outside her window she was very scared. It seems someone was painting the stairs leading up to the next floor, we feel that it would nice if we had been told this was going to happen!

Stunning Lakeside Holiday
Absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and most tastefully decorated down to every detail from the cushions, to the art works. The view on entering was stunning and the rooms most commodious with everything you could wish for. It was relaxing, the beds super comfy and I only wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this to families and couples alike. Couldn't fault it. Definitely would come again. Very good value for money. It was an easy stroll into Yarrawonga and close to everything.

Great location, walking distance to everything
spent 3 nights here, the room was great and very spacious, a little hot and stuffy, but comfortable none the less, some cooling in the bedrooms would be the cherry on top. The swimming pool is good and the water slide is great for the kids, however would love to see some solar heating in the pool as the water was a bit icy. Would definitely stay here again in the future if I was to head to Yarrawonga/Mulwala, certainly looked like the best facilities in the area from what I saw of other places.

Beautiful location just above the water
We had a fantastic time. Well sized rooms and very clean. Great facilities on site and the views from the room and the balcony was unbelievable! We also loved how close to the Yarrawonga town centre it is located. Overall, great place to stay. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent family resort
Great resort for families and couples alike. Lots to do with tennis court, mini golf and swimming pool. Short walk across the bridge into town. Will definitely be returning for another holiday.
