I made a reservation for 3people.
I selected the room which has 1 single bed and 1 twin bed.
When i entered the room, i was messed up.
There was extra bed at the corner. Not single bed.
I went to a receptionist.
He said that it is not my business.
All the room is same.
I was so embarrassed. I already paid by online but I wanted to refund. That was terrible.
The next day, i repeated the situation to other receptionist. He said that i would change the room after 4pm.
After 4pm, i wanted to change the room.
Anothe receptionist said we had no room ..
It was suck.
So i insisted check my room first.
After checking my room, he said i would change the extra bed to a single bed.
Anyway, they hadnt accepted their fault.
They didnt give any compensation to me.
Terrible suck hotel .
