다음에도 방문할것입니다.
더블베드 룸에서 1박후 2박은 킹싱글베드와 주방달린룸으로 무료 업그레이드 했었고 주방이 있어 근처에 홈스테이하는 고딩아들께 삼겹살을 원없이 먹일수 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔외관과는 다르게 실내는 매우 좋았습니다. 담에도 방문할것입니다.

We were put in the room at the top of the stairs right next to the elevator. Loud music from above, pretty sure a dance party was going on, When that finially stopped at 11:30pm, then the drunk folks started coming in, super loud in the hall and getting on the elevator. We took the shuttle to the Brewer game, that was nice and convenient. The ride back on the shuttle not so much. The driver allowed way to many people on the shuttle.The seats were full, folks crammed in standing in the isle and 3 people were standing right up front with the driver, one was even on the staris leaning against the door. This was extremely unsafe for all of us.

I gotta say, my stay at Best Western Plus Milwaukee West was absolutely amazing! 🌟 From the moment we walked in, the front desk guy was like a breath of fresh air. He was funny, super nice, and had awesome suggestions for things to do around the area. Such a respectful dude! Now let's talk about the room. It was so nice and tidy, I couldn't ask for more. But get this, the shower had not one, but two heads! Talk about luxury! It's perfect for showering with your partner or just treating yourself to some extra relaxation. Downstairs, there's this super cool speakeasy vibe going on. I felt like I was in a whole different era. They've got a fantastic restaurant and bar there too. The prices were surprisingly cheap, but the food was out of this world tasty. And the bartender? Such a nice guy to chat with! And let's not forget about the complimentary breakfast. It was next level, I’ve never called hotel breakfast next level…. But it was elite. So many options, it felt like my mom cooked it all up. It was like a home away from home. All in all, my stay at Best Western Plus Milwaukee West was absolutely incredible. The front desk guy, the awesome room, the amazing shower, the speakeasy vibes, the affordable and delicious food, and the delightful breakfast all made it a stay to remember. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience. 🏨✨

At check in found out pool and hot tub were shut down. We chose this place for the pool and hot tub. Was then told by the front desk clerk my 68 year old mother was not allowed to stay because she lived in the area. Cancelled reservation and left. Scrambled to find another place last minute. Not only was I not refunded but they also charged my CC $25 more. Bad service.

Will not be staying at this location again. Smell of mold/mildew and marijuana throughout the facility. The front desk was very nice upon check in. But overall felt it was not worth the price. The bathrooms are crazy small and did not work well for our family of three. The rooms were okay… not as clean and nice as I would have hoped. The pool area was big but had a terrible smell of mold, sewage and marijuana. Not impressed overall and will not be staying here again.

After reading your comments our security team went through the entire building and didn't smell or find anything illegal as you mentioned. You are in house staying with us currently and surprisingly didn't report anything to front desk or to our security.

The hotel itself was ok but the layout wasn't great. You had to go to the basement to find the pool and the parking lot is tiny. The biggest disappointment is the only restaurant on site had terrible service and the continental breakfast was awful. The scrambled eggs were undercooked, bacon was undercooked and greasy. The sausage patties were more like mystery meat. The oatmeal and pancake machines were out of order. The bread and bagels were rock hard.

Everything was right within the hotel: bar, food/dine. The free breakfast topped the breakfasts I have ever had in 25 years of travels and hotels I have stayed at! Bur the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff takes the cake as well. Special accolades for Erica.

The service at check in was amazing, friendly and professional. The location was great, room was clean. The bed was super comfortable, parking and breakfast was on point. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a Milwaukee bucks game and it was a short ten minute drive to Fiserv Forum. This hotel would be perfect for someone going to a brewers game as well, as that is very close by. The hotel was clean and seemed possibly recently updated. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a great variety of foods and beverages. They even had almond milk. The pool is very large and the pool area was spacious. Rooms were clean, good sized and very quiet. We liked we didn’t have to pay extra for parking which at some hotels in MKE you do have to. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ate pizza from the restaurant in the hotel and it was really good and was ready quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Paying $20 extra to check in early seems ridiculous to me. Called the day before and was told no problem come anytime after 10am and you can get an early check-in. Having to pay $20 when the room is ready is ridiculous.

Staff was kind. Had trouble with the computer to check in. Stated it was their system. Had to come back several hours later to complete check in. Pool area not clean. Someone's fake eyelashes were on a table around the pool. None of the drains worked on the pool deck so there were very large puddles of standing water. Also, the standard room beds were extremely small. Tough to fit a family of four in the space, where we typically have no difficulty. Room was decent, just very tight quarters.

The hotel was nice for what it looks like in the outside. The room was clean, beds were clean, bathroom was clean. The bathroom ceiling has some kind of mold issue that was coming through the paint, the pool area was the same way on the ceiling. Pool was ok, hot tub wasn’t hot though. The continental breakfast was pretty good, large selection; they were a little slow to refill and keep dishes up for the breakfast, but it was good food. Bartender in the hotel bar was very fun & friendly. Front desk person was also very nice upon check in.

The building itself is old and run down but the staff who work there try vey hard to keep it clean and running smoothly! The only bad thing was that you could hear every step the family above us took. That was very hard to sleep through. Overall a great place and staff in an old building.

Nice hotel.
Nice hotel, friendly staff. The hot tub was down and they charged me the full room price although I had booked and paid through hotels.com. had to call and tell them so they were aware and get reimbursed.
