We are sorry to read your comments, and we do take this occasion to highlight that in these last years many renovations took place to improve and enlarge our services...on January 04th, for example, we inaugurated the new sea view Gym, while on January 30th we inaugurated our Banqueting room with its new antique and precious parquet. The construction you mention, probably refers to one of our staircase which was due to an unforeseen circumstance and solved into two days. In the period of your stay, besides the new gym, treatments at the SPA were available, as well as the outdoor heated pool. In early February, in accordance to the local regultaions, the AC is not operating. As soon as you reported your remarks, we switched off the heating. No further hioghlights were reported, nor during your stay neither upon check out.Remaining at your disposal for any further need and send our best regards. Aldo Werdin General Manager

It seems that, during your recent three overnights stay, no mention about your disappointment was reported to any member of the Staff, nor at the Reception, neither during the Dinner at our Restaurant, despite your were asked for a feedback.
