At first thanks for the tome spent for this review and for the nice words. To visit Florence using our hotel you don't really need a car as we are located at less than 10 minutes walking from the Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo and about 300 meters from santa Maria Novella train station. The center of Florence is closed to the cars, it's almost pedestrian and is not possible to drive inside it. We will also take care about your suggestions. Have a nice day.

Gracias por la reseña y perdón por el retraso en nuestra respuesta, pero para estar seguros, dado lo que escribiste, preferí llamar a una empresa externa especializada para que revisaran e inspeccionaran tu primera habitación. Evidentemente no se encontró ningún tipo de animal como pulgas o chinches y todo estaba en orden y como le dije en persona, cuando estuvo en el hotel, fueron picaduras de mosquitos a los cuales lamentablemente la señora era alérgica y para confirmar, cuando se presentó en la farmacia y le dieron antihistamínicos. Además, la habitación estaba ocupada por otros clientes antes de su estancia y también después de que usted se fuera y nadie tuvo ningún problema. Sin embargo, lo que más me sorprende es que cuando hablamos aquí en el hotel y te expliqué todo, no me dijiste nada de todo lo que escribiste, al contrario, estabas satisfecho y sonriendo y Me agradeciste haberme interesado en tu problema y haberte regalado una botella de vino.Atentamente
