Robert, Thank you for taking the time to speak to me regarding your stay. As I mentioned, there was an authorization on your card for security, which is an industry standard. To call us crooks is uncalled for and will not tolerated. We were very accommodating to your situation as we tried many different cards that you provided that kept declining. We informed you during your stay that the funds would be released when you departed. We are not holding your funds at this timeI am so sorry about the fire alarm and can only imagine your frustration. I am happy that we were able to compensate you to your satisfaction.I hope you give us another chance in the future.
