We typically come through on our way to see family and love staying here because they are always so nice and helpful. We truly enjoy staying here when we are passing thought!

We enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool was clean and easy to get to. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

In the last week we've stayed at three Holiday Inn Express locations in three different cities. This was by far the best designed room and the best breakfast.

Wanna get away
Decided to get out of town for a few days with the family to explore Clovis. Staff was excellent. Thr fold out couch was not the most comfortable and the hot tub didnt work, but overall, we enjoyed our experience and would go back again.

Staff was always cleaning, and very friendly. On a quiet end if town close to everything. Jacuzzi was down but knew that going in. Overall great stay and great price. Breakfast was great!

I like the rooms, friendly staff, and that pancake maker is entertaining. The shower floor was just a little dirty the rest of the place was very clean. The elevator made a couple pauses that made me nervous - a staff was in there with me and said its ok though.

We booked picked this hotel and paid a little more so we could have acess to a nice pool. It was closed for construction. When we went passed it the pool was filled and working. The hotel room was ok but there was hair and dead bugs in the bathroom floor. We had to reset the air conditioner plug to get the ac to work. The location of the room was close to the lobby bathrooms and any time someone would talk it would echo very loudly in our room and there was a metallic banging sound on and off all night. The location was great, the food was good, and the outside was well maintained.

The pool was closed down for repairs and we were not made aware of the problem at the time of booking. We we told that we could use the sister hotel pool which we did and it was filthy. Additionally, the elevator was out of service and we had to drag our luggage to the second floor

TV cuts off every 15-20 seconds and the first room they put us in smelled horrible and I spent over $160 literally to stay here. NOT HAPPY at all and I have stayed here MANY times just check my name. Would like a free night in a Holiday Inn for my family that we can actually enjoy.

The first morning we were awakened by loud hammering right over our head on the 3rd floor. Lasted most of the morning. Our window was boarded up and the pool was under repair. They moved us to the first floor the next day. My complaint is why weren’t we told this before booking.

No pool available since COVID, we were told we are noisy at around 6pm, of course we have 3 kids with ages ages 2-8 and since no pool we are stuck in our room. The noise was also above us and couldn’t sleep at 2am.

Everything was good except both elevators were scary noisy. One so bad that if it came first we would go in and send it up or down and then push again to get. The other one. Rode the really noisy one 1 time also shook. Bith really need work.

There is no pool, hasnt been open for two yesrs. There was also no tv during our stay. Shouls not advertise pool if it has been out of service that long.
