Hi Cindy, I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your stay. As stated under the accessibility section on Expeida, we do not have an elevator and we are almost always able to accommodate those who can not do stairs, as long as the guests makes our staff aware at check in or by calling ahead.
