I am sorry to hear that internet was an issue during your stay, we are aware that it has been messing up lately with the provider we have. And are looking into alternatives to make sure that downtime is at a minimum. As not all but many of our clients continue work from distance and internet is vital to keep in touch with friends and family even during vacation. Dear Alan, Sorry about the cat situation unfortunately there are mixed reasons as some guests who do not care if there are animals in the area feed the cats they tend to go over there , we do our best to keep them out of that area but it is difficult.I am glad you enjoyed the staff as they are a great bunch of people, and we are sorry for that you felt as if you were overlooked during the new years eve party. I do think you may have misunderstood that there was faster service to the owners, when we went back it was to help out as the staff had alot to do during that evening, pretty much no one had made a reservation so all the clients came in from the street and we had little warning that it was going to fill up as it did. If someone went in behind the bar to look for a drink it was to relieve the bartenders so they could focus on the guests. Again sorry if you felt it was something else going on during that evening as the staff is well instructed that guests go first and owners second.

Hello Joseph! Sorry yes indeed the caribbean can have quite a lot of moquitos present during wet season as they tend to lay extra eggs. Its hard to fight even with fumigations here in Dominican Republic. As for the water we found out that the sensor for electric heating had broken as we have both solar and electric "if" sun is not out. Sorry about that normally you should always get hot water as we have both ways of heating. For the restaurant I'm glad you enjoyed the breakfast and the chicken. Don't miss out on the opportunity for other options though as the filet mignon for example that I have made sure that we have one of the absolute best in the area and yet not as pricey as some others :) Have a great day and hope to have you stay with us again!
